Single Room is spacious . Bathroom is massive . Unbelievably big. Loved the location . Lovely affordable little hotel in the heart of Naama bay and facilities ❤️❤️❤️

Hotel doesn’t offer airport shuttle and taxi arrangements.

everything always exceeds my expectations here, thats why i always choose this hotel. i always have room only and the staff are all lovely. great sized room with great air conditioning and good wifi. the pool area is lovely and always very clean. staff cant do enough for you and i always feel at home here. Beach at Viva is excellent and have made very good friends there over the years. this is a perfectly located hotel for all entertainment, restaurants, shops, buses/ taxis and beach access., for families, coupes and single travellers

In the middle of naama bay.. Near to the beach and restaurants and main road.. Acceptable food with limited variety (due to low price) very humble and kind staff.. Very good welcoming by the receptionist Mr. Ahmed (special thanks to him and Mr. Reda)

Swimming pool was a little dirty (need more attention)

we stayed for 3 nights and it was easy to excess. they have agreement with a beach which is very close, make things easier. room was very big and they ve very friendly staff.

we have some problems with hot water but we didn’t ask for help too, so maybe we just didn’t figure out

The hotel is pretty standard and looks like it hasn't been renovated since a few years. The staff especially Mr. Ahmed at the reception is superb. He caters to every need of the guest and goes well beyond the line of duty to make you feel comfortable. The location cannot be better than this hotel, its right at the main center of Naama bay and the private beach is also a few minutes walk from the hotel which is also good.

Breakfast is below average with very few items on the buffet and that too isn't very good. Cleanliness is average. The beds were a little hard. Rooms on the side of the road have alot of noise from the street so its better to stay in rooms away from the main road. Considering the price and the location all the above can be overlooked since considering the cost-to-benefits ratio this hotel is good.
