The location is perfect, in the heart of Sirmione. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can have breakfast on the balcony with a surcharge of 5 euros. The staff was super nice. Kathe explained everything to us and was very helpful. The breakfast is tasty and abundant. We had a lovely time here.

The staff was not able to help to organize wine tours, didn’t give us any recommendarions. Normally if you get a mail from the hotel, it gives you a warm welcome, but the mail from this hotel was only about rules what you are not allowed to do, also the same with instructions at the hotel..not allowed. The tea/coffee ar breakfast was not hot in any mornings, using thermos to keep it ”almost” warm

The reception was very helpful and waited for my arrival even though they officially closed the reception at 9pm. The location was extremely good steps away from everything. Travelling alone, I felt safe being out even late at night.

Very simple room with basics but given the price, I was OK with it. Wall were very thin though.

Excellent location and great value. Our room was small but comfortable. We had breakfast on the roof one day (extra charge but do take advantage of it) and the view was lovely. The staff were quite helpful and friendly - they gave us a restaurant list that was excellent and very helpful.

Everything is pretty perfect in this wonderful little establishment, super clean and convenient. The staff is simply marvelous and nothing is too much trouble for them. It also has the benefit to be slightly off the main drag making it a quieter hotel than others . Lovely place.

The only little thing that was not overly satisfactory was the fact that the noise isolation between rooms is not optimal.

Amazing location with incredible views of the lake from the terrace. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and serviced well. The staff were so helpful, and gave us tips about the area. Couldn’t recommend higher!

This property is in an ideal location for Sirmione, it had beautiful views from the rooftop terrace and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! Thrt were extremely obliging and went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. We were delayed due to trains and bus strikes and they made sure that our checkin was simple and we did not have to worry about being unable to access the hotel. The staff helped us with buses and trains when we were leaving and even printed timetables for us! Super service. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good and powerful. Breakfast was tasty and the strawberry crumble tart was the best thing I’ve ever tasted! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sirmione.

It was quite noisy on the street below our window, at times I woke up because of the noise however I’m a light sleeper!

Very clean, updated, and well-maintained hotel with an impressive buffet breakfast. Great location just far enough off of the main streets to be quiet and close to the water.
