good location ,good breakfast ,clean and comfortable, nice view and pleasant staff .

asked for twin room , had to split beds no bar or evening food at hotel only sister hotel a 5 minute walk. Great rooftop restaurant at the sister hotel .

overall very nice place. just that we were reaching at hotel very early morning around 4 and I requested check in during that time. First information I got with a bit reluctantly that yea ok we will try. later on I got a bit late due to snow and all of a sudden I got a message from hotel at booking.com that your accommodation is cancelled. I already had paid it and I couldn’t understand. then I had to call them to sort it out. In conclusion staff can be a bit more polite and accommodating.

All thing were awesome. Specially location. Ferry was like 2 minutes drive and bodo airport is like 4 minutes away. It has gym too. Awesome location and dozen of places to eat food

Large and modern room with view on the bay. We were lucky enough to see northern lights from the room ! Good breakfast included with plenty of choice. Easy parking in the street, free at night and on sundays.

The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The overall downtown location and experience were very good. They serve a wonderful breakfast that kept us going all day.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Paid for breakfast which we didn't get ( arranged a pre packed breakfast). Request for a pillow ignored.
