Não ter lugar próximo para estacionar o carro dos hóspedes, temos que largar o carro fora das muralhas e nos mesmo levarmos nossa malas, um perrengue.

Quaint town and main part of hotel nicely kept

Our bedroom was dreadfully small it was not in the hotel it was across the road the shower head broke when having a shower and the room facilitates were not in my opinion a 4 star standard

Comfortable, quiet, nice/friendly staff, unique old rooms.

Liked the property greatly. It would have helped to provide more detailed instructions about how to find it inside of the city walls

Once we found the property the stay was perfect. Property Inside the city walls. Need to park outside the wall. All part of the experience. Very large, comfortable room. Welcoming staff. Very enjoyable breakfast. Perfect location to explore the town of Obidos.

Personel powinien być bardziej aktywny. Nie dostaliśmy ręczników i pomimo telefonu czekaliśmy na nie (pod prysznicem) prawie pół godziny.

Great location inside the walls of Obidos. Room was comfortable.

Breakfast was average. Quality of foods not great. Hot food was actually cold (scrambled eggs, bacon). For some reason, loud music was played at 6:30am in the dining area on our first night’s stay. This woke us up. Most of the staff did not smile or have welcoming feeling.

Parking outside of the walls impossible to park by property. Walk is not bad though not even ten minutes

Stay away of the cheaper rooms. they are sold as part of the same hotel, however They belong to a “airbnb” establishment in an annex outside the hotel (“AL” sign on the door). The room does not comply with the official requirements for a 3* hotel, let alone a 4*. It is mandatory to have AC, telephone and a minimum sized room/bathroom, however you dont get any of this. It is a minuscule room and bathroom (sink was next to the bed outside the bathroom!) plus TV had no remote control.

Thank you all at Casa Senhoras Rainhas. It is a lovely place with fantastic attention. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place full of charm..

Great location, right inside the walls of Obidos. Very nice room (we got an upgrade to the suite). We had some issues finding the place, but the receptionist was very helpful in guiding us there. Bed was very very comfortable and a very good breakfast.

Warm welcome at the reception desk, all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a lovely shaded terrace overlooking the courtyard. Very clean and comfortable.

Loved everything about this place

The location is great, but anything inside the city walls would be so. The room was not in the main building and I failed to notice that. The room had lots of light, and a great view of the city wall, very close. This was great, but also a problem, since tourists are allowed to walk the city walls and thus see directly into the room. So curtains were shut most of the time. Breakfast was good and staff were very nice.

The toilet had a (big) space open to the rest of the room in the upper part of one of it's walls. Not the isolation one expects to have in a place like that!

The convenience of being in the castle. The staff were helpful when I asked questions. The manager asked me for feedback about my stay, which I appreciated. The welcome was nice with little things in the room like water, wine , shampoo, shower gel etc all supplied.. and a welcome traditional obidos drink. The breakfast had a good selection.

I stayed in the guest house opposite the hotel. I wouldn't stay in that part again because of the noise from other rooms both downstairs and upstairs., from plumbing, pipes, entrance door opening and closing etc .The room I stayed in was small and not enough room to store many clothes, if staying more than 1 night

Great location, the room is clean, exit to the balcony on the ground floor

The facility includes 2 sleeping areas that are adjacent to each other but differ in quality. (booking did not mention this). When we got there it turned out that we had paid for the less good facility and we had to add 30 euros to get a room in the better area.

All was good. Better to park at the front side of the fort since its closer.

Amazing location, comfortable bed, well appointed and large room with a balcony, welcome drink of local spirit, very helpful staff.

Needed much better directions about where to park before getting to hotel! A few things getting tired, soap dispensers didn’t work in shower, could get any hot water (lucky I take cold showers!) and the breakfast was pretty sad with low quality bread and pastries and grey eggs!
