Parking place is not close by. Breakfast could be better

There was a famous Cocktailbar next to the hotel (part of it) but it was closed for renovations. This was not listed on the site before booking. Likewise the parking referenced was also closed for renovations meaning you'd have to pick another parking garage. Those are double the price but not too bad.

It had ‘old building’ issue like smelly plumbing and little to no soundproofing between rooms. It is very strange the hotel did not invest in new doors which close with less noise.

This place is the perfect location for any type of traveler. We had a small baby and it couldn't have been better. Right in the middle of everything and very easily accessible - would strongly recommend.

Rooms have great charm and the location is perfect, but the best of all is the welcoming, cheerful and helpful staff!

Old buildings unfortunately are rather noisy. you have to be lucky with your neighbors. Quite a few little things were broken in our room but staff dealt well with it.

The mosquitos were out of control. We arrived jet-lagged prepared to take a nap and we noticed mosquitos on the ceiling and lights. We starting killing them (neither of us could sleep with them there), and we probably killed about 20 over an hour, with half being filled with other peoples blood. That was pretty disgusting. Someone should be clearing out the mosquitos in between guests because it was bad…

Very good location near all the major sights. Nicely refreshed old stylish hotel, beautiful colors. Really good breakfast, very good coffee. We kept the windows open during the night, no disturbing noice. Comfortable beds, choice of pillows.

The separate toilet was so small that it almost fitted only the toilet bowl! My husband is not very tall but he had to keep the door open to be able to use the facility.

- Slow complimentary wifi speed in hotel - the room in the toilet was a bit tight once seated on the toilet seat. Make sure to step in the right way. :P

The location of this hotel is suburb and we have been surprised by a wonderful room with an unobstructed view over the grand square. All has been recently well renovated while keeping some authentic details in mind. Staff is friendly and breakfast was a good spread.
