Saw a good deal with room upgrade to a Luxe suite so booked it. Room was very large and bed was super comfy. A few mins walk to tram stop for super easy access to train station. Communal areas looked like they'd recently been refurbished. Didn't try the spa, Breakfast was not bad with selection of hot and cold foods. The tea selection with own teapots was great.

I can understand some of the negative reviews - the bathroom is old and tired and could do with a really deep scrub to get rid of brown marks and stains. We didn't use the kitchenette but it felt a bit dark and drab. On a Sunday night neither the bar nor the restaurant were open so we went across to the Novotel for food. That had a much more welcoming and upbeat atmosphere in the hotel. On arrival our room had a wet towel still left in bathroom from previous guests. Overall I wasn't hugely taken with the vibe in the hotel - there were abandoned carts, assumably from previous room service requests, in the communal areas and a function room had an air of desolation. If you're looking for somewhere for just a night's stay and you get a good deal then it's fine but be mindful that you will need to go elsewhere for food on a Sunday. For me I think next time I think I'd choose elsewhere

It was old and dated, very unclean. Hairs all over the shower. The carpet was disgusting. I had to wash all our clothes when we got to our next destination and shower the kids with fear of catching something.

Easy to find, and only minutes away from the Airport. Restaurant and Cafè on site, also Spa and Swimming Pool, but I did not use them. Ample parking within the property. Lovely spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed. No noise of planes or traffic at all. Breakfast was good, lots of choice of hot or cold. Very welcoming Reception staff, especially Ava, who helped me out several times, always with a smile.

Unfortunately, my air conditioner was not working very well, and the room was exceptionally warm, as I believe it was 84 degrees outside. This meant I spent a very uncomfortably hot night in the lovely bed! Also, I was sad that the coffee machine in the kitchen was not working. Luckily there was also some instant coffee there too, but it wasn’t the same! I was also disappointed that there was not a Shuffle Bus to the Airport, as I had read on Booking.com that there was one, and that was the main reasons that I chose this particular hotel. I had to order a taxi.

Le personnel est chaleureux, je suis venu pour me reposer un week-end et grace à eux c'est chose faites ! La chambre Luxe était spacieuse et très confortable, c'était un plaisir ! J'ai également pu profiter du Spa, très agréable. Le M & Spa est en plus de tout ça très bien placé et accessible en tram directement depuis l'aéroport (ce qui m'a étonné). Encore merci

Malgré la réservation il est possible que le Spa sois relativement "complet" à votre entrée, j'aurais apprécié qui le soit un tout petit peux moins quite à changer l'heure de ma réservation.

La salade de fruits rance au petit déjeuner. Le spa qui n’en est pas un (il y a une mini piscine chauffée et hammam).

Le petit-déjeuner est très complet et délicieux, le personnel est agréable et souriant, la diversité des activités proposées, la mise à disposition de peignoirs, chaussons, serviettes (dans la chambre et au spa)

Le personnel

Pas d’eau chaude, sortie de lit trempée par i filtration d’eau. On nous propose de changer de chambre qui aurait été inspectée, on nous ouvre pour découvrir la nouvelle chambre : une odeur nauséabonde et une énorme tache de café dans la cuisine de la suite. On est parti dans un autre hôtel en demandant le remboursement. Pour le remboursement : très rapide et compréhensif !

Beds and rooms were amazing, breakfast superb, morning staff super helpful.

Googlemaps has the location as 2km further away from airport than it is in reality. This meant my 2 children and I had to walk back 2km from the tram stop we believed was right outside the hotel, and this was at 1am after a cancelled and then delayed replacement flight. When I arrived the concierge remarked that "quite a lot of people have had this problem", and yet there was no warning in any of the confirmation emails about the issue. The hotel itself including the beds, rooms, most staff (management should have fixed or flagged this location issue given it was a known problem) and value for money was excellent, but there's not much point in a great hotel if the most commonly used platform shows it as 2km away.

We stopped here 1 night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The staff were very helpful. They even provided for our youngest child a baby bath and changing mat. We had take away breakfast which was handy.

It would have been helpful if the restaurant was open early but we found somewhere close to eat instead.

Lovely hotel ,very comfortable, clean and quite,check In was a bit of a struggle even though we had done pre check in ,i think the gitlrlon the desk was new and hadn't a clue what to do ,so we just went with it .

Breakfast room is a bit dated and if you dont speak French you are kind of lost.

Great location between airport and downtown, has tram line in front of the hotel. Beds are very comfortable, swimming pool is prefect for our children to jump in after a hot day.

The lift didn’t work half of the time, we had to carry all luggages from 3rd floor to the lobby when Check-out. Refurbishment to the toilet rooms would be a good improvement in the near future.

Our suite was beautiful. Did not use the pool. enjoyed walks around the area and availed of the tram into Bordeaux to view the beautiful buildings, and in particular the the amazing Cathedral and City Hall.

We may have been given extra milk for tea and coffee.

Location was brilliant, surrounded by restaurants, tram stop 2 mins away and quiet. We had two rooms co-joined with dual double beds, tv's and couches.

The property was very clean, the staff we met were so so nice.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the beds were amazing! The pool area is lovely and the front bar area is a treat, plenty seating and very comfortable.

Access to the spa was very limited, we stayed Saturday to Monday, only open Sunday morning and did not open until 3 p.m. on Monday, maybe better luck during the week.

The relaxed atmosphere in the hotel is very special. The facilities exceeded our expectations, we enjoyed the spa, outside pool and table tennis. The staff were lovely and always so helpful.
