I absolutely loved my stay here. Staff was very friendly, room was really clean and very welcoming, but my favorite thing was the heated pool they have on the ground floor. It was weekend and a bit after hours but I was still allowed to use it, which was great after a day of getting overheated in the car 🥰 would definitely recommend this hotel, they even have a washer area you can use! I'll stay here again in the future if my travels require it.

The room was very warm, I opened the window but that didn't help much unfortunately. But they don't advertise airco so that's not a thing that should be complained about imo.

Not too far from Airport. Public transport available nearby. Clean Swimming pool. Staff nice, approachable and helpful. Family friendly.

Space in apartment was good. Good to have a pool.

Poor room set up/servicing - stayed in 2 different rooms and neither had all the equipment they should have. One room - coffee machine but no cups to drink from and one fork for 2 people, wardrobe space taken up by vacuum cleaner. Another room - good wardrobe space but no hangers. Stain on bath mat. Booked apartment not available at check in and as hotel full had to stay in a much smaller room for one night and then adjust plans for next as reception not open full-time to manage room transfer. Booking conditions say no hen or stag parties accepted but on arrival car park full of what was obviously a gathering hen and stag group. Next to a building site where a new building is being constructed and on the last morning of our stay, builders arrived at 5am to move a large vehicle. General work started at 7am the same morning.

The place was full of rubbish and bottles of wine thrown on the floor, and when the employee was notified, who was not entirely nice, she did not care, and then she brought a bag for us so that we could collect rubbish that was not ours in the first place. The carpets smelled so bad we couldn't sleep that and a lot of bad things happened to us it was really one of the worst experiences

The service was terrible, staff unhelpful. Room was basic, cigarette burns everywhere.

Location and convenience, plus pool.

The room was very tired, it had an overwhelming smell of bleach or cleaner and the bathroom drains smelt. The coffee machine was broken and it took two replacements to get one that worked, but it was attended to quickly. The wardrobe door was loose and needed attention, there was a ‘beeping’ from the kitchen which went on all night, the sound was like a smoke detector that required it’s batteries changing, someone had stuffed paper in the extractor fan high up on the wall. Items on the top shelf of the cupboards in the kitchen, were inaccessible unless your were about 6’ 5” tall. It provided us with a convenient stay opposite the hospital while I had my operation, but that was all. The rooms really need attention.

Sofa is not suitable for sleep. very very uncomfortable. bed is fine. Seeps through the window in the bedroom

nothing, maybe the fact that it was located right next to the Clinique we had to be the day after.

the room stank, the carpet was full of stains and when I opened the bed sheets, there where black stains on the bedding. I am pregnant and my partner got a surgery so hygiene was top priority for us. We left to another hotel.

The taxi driver called to the hotel by reception..on Sundays there are no buses.. with children, we needed a taxi for the 3km to the airport.. we were told its a fixed rate of 20 euro.... when we arrive, taxi driver demands 25... its not the 5 euros..its the principle and feeling like being robbed Would be good if something was done with these types of taxi drivers...disgusting..

The pool and the location.

We only had equipment for two people even though there were four of us, and the kitchen and bathroom needed a bit of repair work.

Thé location for thé sports clinic is excellent. The facilities are on the whole modern. Parking is convenient next to hotel.

Ensuite had a smell of drains. There was only a quarter roll of toilet tissue provided which was left on top of the cistern. No toilet roll holder which was strange as the facility was quite modern. Open door in room with tower of electric mains boxes.

Nice staff. Clean and quiet room. Good breakfast.

Just sad that I had to walk until outside the property perimeter, to dump our bedroom dustbin in a garbage skip. Lucky the weather was nice.
