Salle de bain très exiguë, il faut enjamber les toilettes pour entrer dans la douche. On ne peut pas s’assoir sur les toilettes, pas la place

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’accueil. Le lit confortable.

Ce que j’ai détesté, c’est la moquette. Horrible les acariens. Pas rassurant de la moquette foncée sur les sols, surtout avec le fléau de punaises de lit .

L’accueil, du personnel l’emplacement de l’hôtel

La posizione è molto buona: vicino ci sono un supermercato (utile se uno vuol prendere un "pranzo al sacco"), ristoranti, negozi... ovvero tutto quello che si trova in un classico quartiere residenziale. La zona è tranquilla. La metro è molto vicina e comoda: in pochi minuti arrivi alle principali attrazioni della città. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante. Qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Il bagno era molto piccolo nella mia stanza. Doccia ampia, ma usciva l'acqua sul resto del bagno perchè non si chiudeva bene. Ovviamente non c'è il bidet. Materasso un po' troppo morbido. Comunque per il prezzo pagato, è un ottimo posto dove soggiornare. Non parlano italiano, ma ci si riesce a capire con un pochino di inglese o francese (comunque lo staff è sempre presente e cordiale).

The cleaning staff and lady facilitating breakfast were nice and it was close the metro station. The room itself was nice.

First the front door was smashed and the receptionist wouldn’t open the door unless a buzzer was used which gave the feeling the area might not be safe. Secondly when I arrived the receptionist told me I didn’t have a reservation after a long journey I was exhausted so this was very stressful. She even checked my name on my passport and still said it wasn’t there and seemed ready to make me leave before I was about to contact booking.com. Later she said it was there but under a different name; it was obviously my name it just showed my surname before my first name which should be obvious in any language. Thirdly the lift wasn’t working but they still put me on the top floor so I had to walk all the way up there which was very challenging even though I work out regularly and only to find no water or beverages in the room, she could have offered me a drink before sending me up all of those stairs. The stairway was very dark as there was no lighting when I later had to go down for basic necessities, which was scary because I was in my own and couldn’t see if anyone else was in the stairwell. The breakfast was limited, I would have had breakfast in a cafe if I had known but I already paid for it.

Location is central and the staff is very friendly and welcoming

A hotel room can’t be smaller than this Ibis rooms. Due to the size it should be rated BUDGET Ibis. Corridor makes think about a train. Room is the smallest possible, bathroom is literary in a wardrobe. The double bed is a little bigger than a single bed. And all that costs 128€ per night. Plumber has some job to do in the bathroom by the way! We stayed at room 506.

It is close to the Metro and has good boulangeries and places to eat nearby..it's a basic reasonably organised place to stay for a few nights.

Rooms are tiny and the bathroom, almost too small to use. Beds are very hard and only use toppers not mattresses..staff were mostly friendly but it could only be described as basic

Carpet was green but at some places it was other color maybe property needs to change the carpet in the apartments.
