Well-located property, just a 5-7 minute walk to the metro/RER. Nearby bakeries and pastry shops. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Good communication with the owner. Excellent value for money. It's a great place to sleep, have breakfast, and head out for the day. Dobrze zlokalizowany obiekt, zaledwie 5-7 minut do metra/RER. W pobliżu znajdują się piekarnie i cukiernie. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. To świetne miejsce, aby się przespać, zjeść śniadanie i wyjść na miasto.

The apartment is very small, smaller than it appears in the photos. The tap water has a terrible taste—it even spoiled the taste of the coffee. I highly recommend buying bottled water. The shower in the room surprised me once again. Mieszkanie jest bardzo małe, mniejsze niż wygląda na zdjęciach. Woda z kranu ma okropny smak—psuła nawet smak kawy. Zdecydowanie zalecam zakup wody butelkowanej. Prysznic w pokoju kolejny raz mnie zaskoczył,

It was a little tiny for 5 people

Location close to metro and public transport, nothing is missing, there are all the appliances a family could need, very kind owner.I highly recommend this location especially for the family who wants to visit Paris.

The rooms are small but efficient. The breakfast was a DIY with cereals and other things; that was great for us. We especially liked having cold water, milk, and orange juice in the fridge. We didn’t use the oven but the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were very helpful! There was a shopping center with a grocery store nearby and a lovely park across the street. Great communication from the owner!! We took 14 subway out from the train station and walked about ten minutes to get there - so not bad. We also found several buses were closer and got us where we needed to go (didn’t have to get off but it took a while on the bus).

The pull out bed was a little firm for my husband but I thought it was fine. The washing machine was broken when we were there but I’m sure it’s fixed by now. Overall a nice stay!

The area was very easy for super market and Bus & Metro station. Very near there is a very nice park and the neighborhood was quite and very secure. We were return late at night (around 12:30) and we didn't have any fear walking to the apartment.

The WC was tiny. We couldn't close the kitchen window. We didn't complain to the owner becouse it was summer and we wanted to leave it open. May be the owner tell us how to close.
