DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL YOUR THINGS WILL BE STOLEN. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights at the start of the month. I used to live in Lille and was back visiting friends and we just wanted a low budget city centre hotel so this seemed ok. First impressions were a very basic room and clean so we didn’t mind, was worth what we paid. The only valuable I had on me was my beats headphones as we only had hand luggage and we thought nothing of it when leaving them in the room. As we left the room we thought everything was still in our bags and nothing was lying around and after we left we realised we didn’t have the headphones. We saw the headphones in the room and were 100% there we didn’t use them outside of the room. We then phoned and asked if they could get them from the room and my friend will collect them and they said they weren’t there after a lot of back and forth through email and phone they have been rude and unhelpful and are accusing us of lying. They also said this has never happened in their hotel when I have read other reviews since this incident that it has happened. I have never written a bad review about anywhere before as I am usually happy with what I pay for and have never had a bad experience hence why this was so unexpected for me, however, they were stolen from the room and on the phone they said there’s nothing they can do if cleaners take things from your room which is saying they are free to just go in without permission and take what they want. Also to add, there’s no option to not get your room cleaned as me and my boyfriend never really bother as it’s only a couple of days and we even said to one cleaner who knocked our door we don’t want the room cleaned but we came home to the bed made anyway. We have had no help and still not got the headphones back so just wanted to warn others out there to not stay here you will get your things stolen.

La télé ne fonctionnait pas, mais cela m'était indifférent

Zentral gelegen. Lille konnte von hier aus wunderbar zu Fuß erkundet werden.

Es war etwas verwirrend, das Hotel in der geschlossenen/unvermieteten Einkaufspassage zu finden. Da hätte ich mir einen Hinweis bei der Buchung gewünscht.

1. The room was cozy. 2. Location was great. 3. Breakfast was above average. 4. The staff were eager to help. 5. Very clean all around.

En plein centre ville, personnel super sympa je me suis trompé sur ma réservation j'ai pris 2 lits simples au lieu d'1 lit double et il l'ont changé avec plaisir.

Il y a avait des traces marrons,rouge sur le lit, les coussins et le sommier. La chambre était trop chaude on ne peux pas ouvrir la fenêtre donc j'ai moi même eu du mal à dormir avec cette chaleur.

Excellent emplacement avec parking à proximité.
