Expérience renouvelée deux ans après.Proximité du parc Disneyland à 6 minutes! navette gratuite / idéal pour un séjour en famille et notamment pour les enfants (jeux intérieurs / jeux extérieurs /) le plus de cet hôtel : Piscine intérieure. Très pratique si on veut y séjourner sur une période plus froide.Le rapport qualité prix 👍🏼👍🏼 cadre extérieur 👍🏼 possibilité de manger sur place. Literie confortable.

Propreté qui se dégrade par la présence de moquettes (source d allergies) 🤧 de grosses tâches visibles.

The facilities for the children were great, arcades, swimming pool, soft play and outside park!

I think the breakfast options could have been a bit better, maybe pancakes/hot breakfast options.

Super Hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant et souriant . Les activités son parfait pour les enfants . Nos chambres étaient très propres.

La restauration avec un choix très limité et pour ma part un peu cher .

Le parc aquatique, les airs de jeux, le personnel toujours agréable (récéption, snack, restaurant...)

Du bruit jour et nuit jusqu'à minuit, sa cavale dans les couloirs, sa claque les portes, sa cri. Les gens sont irrespectueux, les chambres sont mal isolées donc impossible de se reposer. La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner et du buffet du soir ne sont pas qualitatif, type self.

The rooms were clean but bathrooms could be a bit cleaner & feel like the menu lacked for food at marcos pizza bar.

Très bruyant ! Impossible de dormir ! Les gens irrespectueux. L accueil nous dit qu il va y avoir la sécurité.. on attend toujours... sa claque les portes .. sa hurle dans les chambres !!! Un hall à 22h digne d une foire !!! Tu dois partir le matin à 5h du matin ... 30 min de sommeil !! Le buffet 90 euros à 4 dignes d une cantine sodexo. Nuit horrible !!! Baignoire rouillé !! 400 euros la nuit !!! Super cher pour l hôtel ! Je ne conseil absolument pas . Vous serez mieux au campanile !! Avec un hôtel avec une meilleure fréquentation certainement .

I only booked this hotel for the facilities, I’ve previously stayed at campnille. I paid an extra £200 to stay at this hotel! we arrived at 2:40 asked was it okay to start check in as I knew check it wasn’t till 3, staff started our check in process, we were 2 bookings with 9 people. we asked for rooms together, we were advised we would have to wait an extra half an hour (3.30pm) to be able to have rooms together on the same floor. we sat in reception till then, at 3:30 only 1 of the rooms were ready, my sisters as she has the bigger booking. we were told ours STILL wasn’t ready. we had to put our suitcases in my sisters room and go and have food at the restaurants, at 5:30pm I went to see if our room was ready to be given a room on a completely different floor, I told the receptionist (different one to before) that I have pacifically asked for room on the same floor as my sister and this was the reason I had been waiting nearly 3 hours since arrival to check in. instead of moving my room onto my sisters floor, they moved my sisters room onto the floor they had just given me, my sister by this point had already been checked in since 3:30 now, and had unpacked. so we explained that we both wanted to be on that floor, after swapping the room back over (by this point we hadn’t even stepped into a room we had only been in reception and food area) we finally got on a room on the same floor and finally got into our room around 6pm! after being in the hotel for 3 and a half hours! and also after traveling all day to get there. we flew into Beauvais. I also doubled checked the pool times, before we booked this hotel!! it stated on the website it would been open the weekend we would be there and closed the weekend after for a refurbishment, however we was told pool is open but due to technical fault the water would be cold but we were able to use the pools at other hotels. the first night the pool didn’t reopen atall.

Good breakfast options. More than happy with what was on offer. Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities to entertain kids. Bunk beds were a big hit with the children. Shuttles were regular and easy enough to use to get to the parks.

Lift was broken for 4 days so had to carry 2 children and 2 buggys up and down the stairs which wasn't easy. We then had to lift all our luggage plus children and buggys down on checkout. There were no trolleys available either so we had to try juggle everything. The pool was freezing so we didn't utilise it as much as we should've. The room wasn't cleaned properly as was dusty when we arrived. The lights didnt work at the kids bunk and the room wasnt cleaned properly during our stay. The bin was emptied and bed made but never hoovered or surfaces cleaned.

It was really really not clean The swimming pool was cold (they have a technical problem) and the pirate ship was not working!

The facilities were nice to have for children though they weren't super clean.

The hotel was very mediocre at best. The room was dark and very damp. The toilet didn't flush properly and the bathroom sink and bathtub didn't drain properly. On our last night, the handle fell off our door and we were temporarily stuck in our room before getting it back on enough to open. The "all inclusive" breakfast, is not all inclusive because if you want something besides cold cuts and bread products...you have to pay extra for it. The pool is kept very cold and there was a significant amount of dirt collected on the bottom of it.

Les casiers de la piscine HS. Une partie de la piscine fermé. Pas de Bar ouvert après 23:00. Les navettes pour aller et venir au parc sont toujours plein. Le coffre dans la chambre HS. Pas de chauffage réglable dans la chambre et dans la salle de bains. Douche tenue par un bout de carton. Etendage pas rétractable. La personne qui a fait le ménage dans la chambre à laisser des lavettes.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of selection. Also good selection for evening meal. Staff very helpful in the hotel.

The room was very old, bathroom hand door was broken, the view was very bad and noisy at night I could hear workers talking and joking down every day at 12. Windows are so dirty and the swimming pool water temperature was very cold for the children. This is my third visit and the worst.

Die Restaurants waren sehr gut. Das Personal sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten schwarzen Schimmel im Zimmer es wurde alles getan um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Outdoorspielplatz ist super. Das Frühstück sehr gut.

Es hat sich alles sehr gut angehört, konnte aber leider nicht mit der Realität mit halten. Die Zimmer waren ok, leider konnte der Reservierungswunsch nebeneinander nicht eingehalten werden. Das ist für ein Familienbesuch mit drei kleinen Kinder sehr sehr schade gewesen. Der Indoorspielplatz war sehr zugig und eiskalt, unsere Kinder toben gerne, aber sie mussten sich zwischenzeitlich aufwärmen. Im Schwimmbad hat man gefroren aus allen Schächten kam eiskalte Luft und die angegebenen 32 Grad Wassertemperatur wurden nicht annähernd erreicht. Die Duschen stehen im Durchzug, wieder eiskalt. Es blieb nur, duschen fällt aus. Das supertolle im Prospekt abgebildete Piratenschiff im Schwimmbad durfte nicht betreten werden und war außer Funktion und das schon sehr lange, darauf sollte hingewiesen werden. Das Schwimmbad war eigentlich der Hauptbuchungsgrund, konnte nicht genutzt werden wir haben es nach einer halben Stunde frierend verlassen und waren nicht die einzigen. Viele weinende Kinder, das war sehr enttäuschend. Das sehr gute Frühstück hatte leider auch einen Wermutstropfen, Eier mussten extra bezahlt werden, bei neun Personen kommt da ganz schön was zusammen. Das Essen in den Restaurant und die Getränke einfach zu teuer. Zum guten Schluss kam leider noch ein Preishammer, aus Gratisparkplätzen am Hotel wurde nochmal 33,40 Euro pro Auto, bei drei Autos waren das nochmal über 100 Euro die nicht eingeplant waren. Abgesehen davon war das für zwei Tage parken unglaublich teuer. Der ganze Aufenthalt war unglaublich teuer. Zusammgefasst, das Hotel hat viel versprochen und wenig gehalten. Diese Informationen gehören unbedingt mit in die Hotel beschreibung um Enttäuschung zu vermeiden.

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the pool was fantastic and we stayed in the knight suite which was brilliant. The soft play area looked great but we didn't get the chance to play in there. The staff were all really lovely and friendly. We also forgot to bring our pram in the last rush of packing and reception had one for us to borrow that had been left behind at the hotel!

The buffet is expensive - it's high quality but quite low on choice. The breakfast isn't too high quality, but it's still really good for free and we ate plenty each morning. The reason we've rated 8 instead of 10 is because the fire alarm went off randomly (without a fire!) on 2 occasions, once for a long time, however they were in the day time and not at night!
