it was only a 5 minute walk from the train/bus station and 5 minute walk to get to the old town where all the attractions are! very handy location. there was also always someone at the reception and on arrival, the staff gave us a map of annecy and recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at! the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and they provided me with a kettle upon request. our room had a tv and a desk and a little closet to hang up our clothes. the room was slightly small but it didn’t bother us at all!

- very simple room, mine had small windows, so felt a bit cramped - busy street, gets noisy with the running buses

1) Staff at hotel were all really lovely and helpful. 2) Hotel came with a lift so I don’t need to lug 20kg of luggage up 3 storeys 3) Room was huge and clean. I have space to open my big luggage and to place my yoga mat 4) Bathroom was big and comfortable enough for me. Glad that it came with a heater in the bathroom. 5) water pressure was superb! Not sure why some reviews mentioned low water pressure. 6) location was great! Within a 10 minute walk to everywhere you need to be in. Very valued for money at around €85

Really nice affordable hotel in an excellent location. The staff were SO lovely. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was warm with good water pressure. Would highly recommend and happily stay again!

super nice reception, every person I talked to was very welcoming and helpful great location: train station close but not too close, multiple bus stops around, lake in walking distance most comfortable pillows I ever had in hotels

The member of staff at the check-in desk (Jean-Francois) was extremely friendly and helpful, it made the experience a very welcoming and positive one. It was very close to the lake and the town centre so I could get everywhere on foot.

I can't really think of many negatives, it was a standard size room with an ensuite WC and shower.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room had very good air conditioning and the bed was comfy. The location is great to explore Annecy. Parking was organized and cheaper than staying in public car parks.
