Nice location between the train station and the old town, and good sound proofing.

The staff ignored us unless we spoke to them first. The shower was either a freezing jet of water, or lukewarm but with no water pressure. The internal doors don't shut properly, and several lights are broken or flickering

Very old rooms. Old carpet and curtains that could do with a good clean. Balcony was tiny. Not at all what we were expecting.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel as it is easily accessible from the train station. The city center, shops and touristic attractions are only few minutes away. The reception staffs were helpful and friendly.

We did not enjoyed the cleaning less of the room at arrival. The toilet was not properly flushed and it left an unpleasant smell in the whole room. We were not confortable being in a room without slippers on, as the rug floor was covered with some white pet hair, which we also found on some other furnitures like table and stool. We also found a dirty cup under the bed left from previous sleeping guests. We asked the reception for some slippers which they kindly provide.

Only thing I could say is that the breakfast buffet could be nicer, fresher. Regardless, the hotel was incredible, I'll be back!

-Perfect Location -The staff. Especially the Lady in the Front-desk. She was super nice and very accommodating.

I stayed at rm 406 and i think it was not soundproof so its very noisy. The bed was literally 1 step beside the door of the room. I can literally hear the guests activities from neighboring room from taking showers, flashing toilets, and opening/closing doors. Poor wifi connections. breakfast is okay.

The manager we dealt with instead of putting us in a room with large windows put us in a room that had high small windows, no view & felt more like a cell than hôtel room. We had to insist on having our room changed. The next room was better but had a broken desk chair which had to be replaced. Although the rest of the staff was pleasant, if Mânon was still à manager I would find à different hotel to stay at. Especially since the description of our room was nothing at all like what we received . If we had not advised Manon that we would find a different hôtel I don't think our room would have been changed.

Location and friendly staff, bed was comfy. Renovated modern. Sheets and towels were clean.

Grout between tiles of shower obviously was not cleaned for a very long time. The sink tap was loose. Other places in the area had better value for money.

The hotel is centrally located in the center of Annecy and on walking distance of the train- and bus station. room was clean and comfortable.

Thew breakfast was poor and overpriced. Small breakfast room with just a few seats. Go for good breakfast to the joint opposite the hotel.

one of the two rooms was poor , smelt of tobacco and had not been updated. No soap on sinks. Breakfast which we didnt take was really expensive and to be eated in a small area on the ground floor.
