Easy location off the motorway.

I would like to suggest having a smoking area for smokers. People on three rooms next to us smoked on the balcony which meant smoke and smell came into our room.

Very close to A20 motorway, nice restaurant next door, get 10% discount if staying at Premier Class. Staff very helpful.

Shower quite small, not suitable for large person!

Friendly hotel manager. Self service Continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Coffee very good. Room minimal size with compact shower/ WC/basin compartment but clean and comfortable bed. Very good value

Outside concrete 3 story block could have been cleaned up.

This was planned as a cheap, convenient stopover. Expectations were not high and the place was as imagined. OK for a few hours sleep, but not much more.

Excellent restaurant across car park, with 10% discount for residents, quiet location, great self service breakfast.

Price, proximity to A20, easy booking, convenience.

Nothing. However fresh fruit would be a welcome breakfast option.

We booked the room late, around 7:30pm. And we planned to arrive there after 9pm. So, I called the receptionist and she was very nice and helpful. She gave me all the details for accessing to the parking and to check in. We checked late easily thanks to her. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The place is quiet. We enjoyed our stay there.

The location is quite far from the city center. But, it is obvious when you booked this hotel franchise

Excessively noisy, shower didn't work
