The location is great. Close to a couple of metro stations, corner store next door. The staff were also very helpful during check in, and check out. Even assisting with ordering a taxi.
The room had an odd smell, but nothing unbearable.

I was allowed to check in early because my flight arrived in the early morning, and the hotel was operating well below capacity with many rooms not booked the night before and lots of availability.
Because the night manager so kindly allowed me to check in early and go straight to my room rather than sleep in the hotel lobby and wait for access to the room that was already vacant and clean) the senior day manager later made her ask that I pay for an additional nights accomodation, because the hotel had empty rooms the night before and were clearly being extremely opportunistic, selfish and greedy.
I was notified that if I did not meet this demand for the additional day fee, then there was a strong chance that the night manager would have to make up this fee from her own wage.
I was so upset by all of this and eventually had the management agree with a promise not to garnish the wages of the night manger.

Great big room with lots of space. Bathtub was a huge hit with my son as well. Enjoyed the happy decor of the room, and the fact that it had a separate sitting room, with a couch. Staff very helpful and friendly too!
Only problem was location of the hotel, it's not quite near Futian train station, and a little too far from Luohu border station as well. However, hotel is just a few hundred meters from a subway station, and the staff were super friendly.

1. Treadmill in the gym is not working. 2. Total I stay 2 nights. Make full cash payment on the same day but difference timing. But when checkout, staffs keep said I did not pay ask for my webchats
I pay for gym, but machines are not working. and differeence shift staffs confused of my cash payment.

Location is nicely located in city centre, next to the hotel there's this Badeng street with plenty of delicious food. Hotel is adequately cleaned, room is sizeable and amenities are okay
Not that many choices for breakfast, I suppose they may Have more continental/western choices for breakfast, the only thing I manage to eat is bread and a bit of egg dishes. Room air conditioner felt like faulty one, which my room wasn't chilled enough to be easily fell asleep at night

Good location, close to the Lo Wu border with Hong Kong. Vicky from front desk was so nice and helpful.

The staff Becky and Max were extremely helpful. I’m fact, Becky took me all the way to the bank while she was working as I had a problem using my card. I was amazed that she did this and it was very kind. I couldn’t thank her enough.

Nice value for money, stayed in big suit with bath, living room and balcony with a nice city view, nice comfortable bed, quite nice breakfast, good location to explore Shenzhen, near big shopping mall, sightseeing bus stop, metro in 3 min walk

What's not to like, they were helpful and could not do enough for us, making sure all was flawless, and it was

Apart from the hotel it would have been nice if they had staff on hand that spoke good English, but then one can't expect that in China, there are translation devices and apps that could be smart to take with you
