Most TV channels are in German. Very few channels in other languages. TV is not suitable for non-German speaking Indviduals.

We did not take breakfast, so i cannot judge the catering. On one occasion I invited friends to join us for a drink in the restaurant, there were 8 of us in total. I nearly walked out, it felt like I was inconveniencing the waiter! We had our drink and left. On one day the room had not been made up by 2.30pm On another there were no towels in the bathroom, them no shampoo and conditioner, then no coffee pods. The bedside tables were full of dust...had not been dusted!

Excellent location, rooms are luxurious and contemporary, nice bar and restaurant

great location, right on Kö and only a minute walk to Aldstadt, the staff is so friendly comparing to other branches we stayed the night before, Valet parking is very convenient, the room is nice and clean

there were some weird noises from time to time late at night that make the whole room shakeed. (We thought it could be U bahn but the timing didn't make sense.) We weren't bother by it much so we only told the staff at check out about it. At the end we couldn't figured out where it came from. Doesn't stop me from giving this place 10/10 though.

the hotel needs an update? - the heating wasn‘t working - the kettle wasn‘t working properly - the pillows were not comfortable - the duvet cover had wholes - the toilet brush was old and dirty - one day our room wasn‘t cleaned

there is no doubt that is the best location of the city. the Hotel is a classic, the rooms are ultra comfortable. The breakfast and the restaurants are perfect.

there is non Concierge as these type of luxury Hotels used to have. There is a concierge desk, which is mostly empty. and some receptionists are like surprised when you ask for a requests. they look like they give grace while working on your request, and some cant organise the wills, except Mm.Virginie..
