Location was great. Good breakfast. Good sized room with a river view

The bed was a bit hard and we could feel the springs. I asked for no feathers, because of an allergy, and I think they must have taken a feather-stuffed topper away. Otherwise everything was good.

My room with a river view was just a very small window. Other rooms had a terrace and balcony they could sit on and properly see the river. The ability to have food was limited and both nights I stayed I couldn't have a meal due to others booking before me and shortage of staff due to covid. Not really their fault, in all honesty, but a fact of life, nowadays. There was plenty of other places nearby that were good anyway.

The breakfast was included and was an excellent buffet. Location was nice, on the river, right near the walking bridge to Switzerland, however it challenging to drive to because of the pedestrian only streets.

The spa is not part of the hotel, which we thought it was when we booked it.

Very good location and convenient to access the town. Restaurants, shopping and nature walks are all nearby. The view of the Rhein was beautiful and the famous wooden bridge is only a few meters. The breakfast is outstanding with many options to choose from including home made jams and honey.

Very nice hotel, however there is not much included in the hotel stay $$$$.. Water, beer, chips, etc in the room are all extra fees.

Good location of hotel, can easily reach everything by foot. Interaction with staff very easy and helpful.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable

When booking it was important for us to have a good internet connection and the hotel advertised that it would be available everywhere. This was confirmed to us when we checked in. Unfortunately, Wifi did not work at all in the room and was erratic everywhere else. The staff suggested we use the city public wifi instead of the one at the hotel - unfortunately we had to go to the main square for that... The person at the reception was extremely nice and tried to be helpful. The people at the restaurant were rude.

No internet in the room and the internet connection everywhere else was extremely weak and erratic. Rude staff in the restaurant. It was also quite hot and since there was no air conditioning the room was not so confortable.
