Quarto amplo e confortável com uma vista bem legal da cidade, muitas janelas proporcionando ótima claridade. Muito bom porque tem garagem no próprio hotel.

Front desk staff were tuned out. Seemed uninterested in their job/life, as if guests were inconvenient to having feet up on the desk.

Rooms were dusty.

The location as well as the food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly, at least until I checked out.

I had previously reached out to the hotel regarding my request for a quiet room, based on reviews of noise from the nearby train. The hotel offered a "quiet room" for an extra fee of 15 CHF per night. Upon arrival, I was given a room on the third floor. However, I was immediately greeted by extremely loud engine noises that occurred every half hour and lasted 15 minutes. I initially thought the noise was coming from outside, but upon returning to the hotel in the evening, I discovered that it was coming from the hotel itself. The noise was unbearable and felt like sleeping in a submarine engine room. A hotel representative came to address my complaint, but the noise had stopped by then and another staff member took over. This time, the noise occurred again and the staff member admitted that it was a known issue on the third floor. I was then moved to the fourth floor where the noise was less intense but still noticeable. Upon checkout, I informed the staff about my experience, but they denied any knowledge of the issue and refused to refund the extra fee I paid for the quiet room. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be staying at the hotel in the future. If you are looking for a quiet room, this hotel is not suitable.

Excellent room design - small in size but nicely equipped and extremely well thought out - from light switches to hooks and shelving, down to the power plug inside the safe, which was also big enough to store a laptop. Excellent breakfast options.

The desk chair wasn’t the most comfortable. 10 mins walk to nearest S Bahn stop, although with closer trams stops. Not cheap - but then nothing in Zürich is…

The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

very good location. we had a top floor family apartment that was perfect for our family. facilities were very good and breakfast fabulous. staff was very cheerful and helpful. we loved the Jacuzzi.
