We loved our stay at the Chalet-Hotel Lodge from start to finish. We were greeted by a kind lady at reception who proceeded to tell us we had been upgraded and gave us a tasty welcome drink - an apple juice from the region. Our room had a wonderful view of the lake and was extremely comfortable with a free mini bar, good sized TV, bath robes and a large bed. Thanks for everything!

I loved everything and the staff was amazing. i would absolutely come back here. Excellent spacious room with a balcony and Lake View. 😍Quick train ride from Lucerne station. Beautiful quiet location by the lake with outdoor areas for families, kids playground and lake access to swim. Absolutely beautiful 🤩 Man at the front desk helped me out with the local train schedules and even wrote down the station names for me. He was absolutely amazing (I wish I could remember his name) They provided me with an adapter as well 🔌 Thank you!!!

I loved everything. Just note it’s a Quick train ride from the main Lucerne station or a quick drive. 15-20 mins at most.

We loved everything about it, the location, the rooms, the staff (especially Kilian on reception, a real professional) it’s a top class hotel.

The great hospitality given by the staff (I didn't get to know his name unfortunately) was at the reception. The facilities in the location is fantastic and can give full mark for cleanliness as well. I recommend this property to stay if anyone wants have fantabulous stay in and around of Lucern....

No private toilet/bathroom ,but this we knew when we reserved. The problem is that the second day of our stay we had no hot water at shower.

The location is just perfect, you can swim in the lake. Eat & drink very good. Plus point is also the ability to charge your electric vehicle for the Price of 15€. Good parking space. The staff is super friendly and don't mind any question.

Real unique experience of Swiss traditional architecture. Near to Luzern. Helpful staff!

The rooms are simply equipped. Only one train per hour to Luzern. No other restaurants in the village.

We loved the authentic Swiss-Chalet, so beautiful! The breakfast buffet was delicious.

The beds were too firm for our comfort. The evening dinner menu was on the high end of our budget.

There‘s quite a charm about the building and the rooms. Decorations are nice

It‘s very noisy, creaking all the time when somebody moves or walks around. It was also way too hot. The hall is pitch dark, you have to be careful not falling down stairs. Couldn‘t connect to free wifi either

Staff is really nice and we got upgraded to very nice rooms with balcony and lake view. Very good breakfast, easy and direct access to the lake, beautiful and spacious rooms.
