Nettes Personal am Empfang, große Zimmer, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, ruhige Lage, leckeres Essen
Personal im Restaurant eher unfreundlich. Duschen in der Badewanne nicht so toll, separate Dusche wäre besser gewesen, Matratzen etwas weich. WLAN eher schlecht und langsam

Very clean, spacious rooms, great variety at breakfast, friendly personnel, 24/7 reception, nice thought out furniture, close to Weeze airport

This hotel had everything you could imagine. Rooms were extremely clean. Toiletries and bottles of nice sparkling water was a nice touch. The triple room was very spacious and it consisted of a separate area for the third sleeper. The pool and sauna area was very impressive. My children would not leave there until 9.30 pm. We had so much fun. There is also an outdoor tennis court and underground football and volleyball pitches. Relatively early check in will allow you to enjoy your stay fully, so come early.
All staff were very polite. We did not have breakfast as it was not included in our reservation. It is £12 pp extra.

I had a late booking and the hotel managed to get everything ready in a short period of time. Room was small but all I needed and breakfast was decent.
Staff working at the front office at night did not speak English but somehow we managed to "understand" each other.

The room was big. The location was good, walking distance from the center.
4-star hotel without an elevator? - we were a family of 4 - 2 kids one of them younger than 3, we also had suitcases and this was definitely challenging for us. Early check out. Older facilities

Great staff, very clean, very tidy, quiet and a nice place.

The weather was super hot (32+C) so this is exceptional.
The room was quite small and south facing so was exposed to full sun all day (June time), so without aircon it was very warm on our last night, I recommend asking for a room on the North side if the weather is going to be hot.
Perhaps install aircon - expensive.
Perhaps fit external blinds to help with keeping the walls cool - also expensive
Fans, these would have just blown already very warm air around the room.

Breakfast with almost no vegetarian and no vegan choices at all.
Coffee served foe breakfast was not good, even though the one at the bar was quite decent.
Bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and a shower head, showering however was only possible sitting in the tub due to missing height.

Plenty of parking, and the staff where friendly and helpful. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from a great selection of restaurants and shops. The hotel it self was very well presented
First was the heat. The hotel room was so hot. I turned of all the radiators opened the door and I still could not sleep. The bed was also uncomfortable.
The room I was in was a little dated and the room between the bed and the desk was very tight.
The biggest issue was the noise. The cleaning team starting vacuuming at 0730 and I could here guests loudly talking in the hallway.

it's not a 4-stars hotel for sure. The restaurant was closed because of small numbers of guests, as it has been explained to me. At 9 am all breakfast stuff was quite dried up (probably prepared and not covered from breakfast service start), no sweet meal, except 1 (!) pancake left and nobody thought to refurnish it. No coffee machine, just a thermos with already done coffee. Check out at 10, despite pretty small quantity of guests, at 10:30 they called me asking to check out.

The breakfast was good. It had what we can expect from a 4 star hotel located in such a small town. The location was good because it is located inside the city but in a peaceful area where it was not possible to ear any cars.
The internet access on the third floor was not possible. The internet is free but it can’t reach the third floor. This hotel is like a labyrinth, so, please aware if you bring two luggages with you or one heavy luggage. There is one lift but it doesn’t go to the third floor.

Room was of good and comfortable size. Very clean. Very good leisure facilities. The staff are sympathetic and accomodating. Good breakfast with a reserved table and much space between the tables. This was great!
Bathroom without a door. NO internet, thus no TV - no redemption for the missing service! Poor sound isolation to the other rooms. In my perception, the bed was not very comfortable (I couldn't sleep very well).
