Beautiful Interior and very spacious. Biggest hotel room I have had so far. The view was also a winner, very nice touch.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. I loved everything about it. The room was extremely clean had everything in it that we needed plus more, the bed was to die for was so comfy. The bathroom was spotless and so spacious, the shower was huge and bath even bigger. We ate in the Mexican restaurant and it was delicious. We also ate in the pool bar and there was nothing to complain about at all. The pool was so clean and very well maintained. Above all else the stuff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Always happy and smiling. I loved everything about this hotel and experience. Thank you so much for everything.

Unfortunately the price of the breakfast was extremely expensive and wasn’t really worth the money. I couldn’t eat a lot of the stuff that was put out so was very disappointed with that.

Bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Traumhafte Außenanlage. Jeden Tag große Vorfreude auf das Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

The spa was stunning and a credit to the hotel - the best part of our stay, and worth a visit. Bar staff (particularly Sunday) was very helpful and hard workers. Cafe Delices also very tranquil, with a small but very nice breakfast selection, staff also very helpful.

Started in a smoking room, quickly moved to a non-smoking alternative, which was very appreciated however this was not properly cleaned, (dirty napkin found in room, bathroom not regularly cleaned, shower cubicle needed more attention in particular). After a late night arrival, we were then woken up at 8:30am to 15/30mins of hammering, due to renovations taking place in the room next door. Our bath then leaked and water ran into the bedroom, soaking the carpet, our shower was also cold in the mornings (perhaps due to demand/volume of visitors). Unfortunate as this was a special trip for my husband's big birthday. Grand Prix weekend, so appreciate it was a very busy time for the hotel but consiquently it made for a pretty disappointing all the same.

كان فيه ازعاج من الهاوس كيبنق لمى يمر من امام الغرفه وهو يسحب العربه عادي يخبط في الباب ويكمل كذلك اصواتهم وهم يسولفون مززززعجين طبعا طوال اليوم وهم موجودين بالدور غير كذا كل شي جميل

Die Aussicht war nicht so schön, hat mich aber nicht gestört, da ich geschäftlich gereist bin. Die Restaurants haben oft keinen Aussenbereich, das ist etwas schade.

I love the spa. You can go down and spend the day jumping into different temperature pools with saunas in between and also the shower in between. The shower smells amazing!

Everything was perfect It’s easy to go from suite building to hotel lobby there’s a path way from inside

Now a private company is running the Car parking lot. So every time you need to get out of the parking area you must go to the hotel reception to stamp your parking ticket otherwise you will have to pay for the parking.

Maintenance of rooms leaves a little to be desired, bulbs flickering, noisy AC, kettle operation to name a few Housekeeping needs to add more bath robes to take into account room occupancy, two slippers one bath robe for two person occupancy Twice disturbed by unknown persons unknown on the night, another disturbance by room service asking if we'd ordered something Room service breakfast, one breakfast delivered, contacted room service who apologised for the mistake and brought another free of charge, but no cutlery, tea cup etc. Could be a little more disabled friendly, most of the restaurants and bars are only accessible by flights of stairs as is the swimming pool

It was a pleasant stay. we came for two days from KSA. Did some shopping and used the pool with my daughter. It was little crowded but overall it was nice.

I booked swimming class for me and the instructor confirmed that he will come at 10 am. But he didnt show up and i had to wait for 30 mins and then i left back to my room.

Staff was friendly, ample amenities throughout the hotel, lots of restaurants and the pool is lovely.

The service was great, the waiters at the pool work so so hard in this heat and they are so kind. We got upgraded 🙌 which was so lovely. Front desk ladies were superstars and remembered my name, which also a nice surprise
