Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Great Staff, Excellent service, and a clean room. They gave me the room two hours before check-in time. This is my second visit to Dubai, but I recommend this hotel.

breakfast is okay
initially we were given a smoking room even though we booked the room with kid. then it was changed to a non-smoking room which the bidet and toilet flush was both initially not working. we also found that the kettle is not functioning as well.

The stay was fine, however the towels that the privous guest used were not changed, and the shower tap was broken. The air conditioning was not working properly, and there were some small concerns in the bathroom.

Noisy Party goers in opposite hotel at 4 am mornings, especially Thursday- Saturday nights.
I arrived Dubai 1 am from Singapore, arrived hotel at 3 am, and was not given a room till I returned from the conference in the evening.

Location I like , but everything hotel service very….bad.
Please see the picture . Bed room have Bed bug,and cockroach.I can’t sleep this room . I have experience in Dubai and my life . Every night I pay 450 AED . This is 4 star hotel .

My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. There was nothing to like about it; everything was messed up. From the check-in process to the cleanliness of the room, it was a complete disaster. The staff was unhelpful, the room was dirty, and the amenities were in poor condition. I would not recommend staying here.
I regret to say that my family stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The interiors were in terrible shape, with chairs, carpet, and the bed all showing signs of fungus growth. The room had a persistent unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to its poor maintenance and cleanliness issues.

The counter manager lied to me that I didn't need to pay for breakfast, but when I wanted to check out, I was charged 36 euros for breakfast. I felt cheated

location sold it for me. Special thanks to the following staff. Reception: Sayali, Collins and Fawaz. House keeping: Muhammad Faruk. The best house keeping guy I have ever encountered. He cleaned my room for my entire six month stay.They made my 6 month stay as comfortable as possible. Not forgetting the manager. Amazing amazing
