L’emplacement près du métro est très utile pour visiter Dubaï. La navette gratuite pour aller à la plage est très utile. C’est notre 3 eme séjour dans cet hôtel et c’est toujours agréable. Merci au personnel qui fait tout son possible pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Merci en particulier à Reda( réception) , à Achraf chef de cuisine à Phoo en salle de restaurant et Ali à la piscine !!!

Location of hotel was conveniently located with Metro station and local attractions not too far and also within easy reach to office in the morning. Also my request to extend the checkout time on checkout day was granted by your friendly staff on level 24

The door handle in the room's toilet was loose and came off a few times and I have to fix it back before door can be reopened. Need to ensure regular check to avoid guest from being locked inside the toilet.

Numurs liels. Brokastis ļoti labas. Atrašanas vieta pie metro stacijas. Personāls ļoti izpalīdzīgs.

Nothing, worst hotel stay of my life! Not to mention horrible rude staff and management of the lowest level of customer service existing! Those stars were invented, not worth even 1 star! Worst place in Dubai to stay! Avoid a horrible experience that will ruin your vacation and don't book here!

It says on booking that the room is soundproof, but its not. The traffic is very loud on the Sheik Zayed Road side and when it gets hot, the frame of the window starts popping, making bothering sounds.
