Great Hospitality and comfort given to us... Amazing people, specially Charlotte at Reception was so accommodating and helpful... The staff at kitchen were amazing as well... Pool was superb at indoor cuz it was kid friendly, Jaccuzi was great and the staff there Mr. Thanuja was just amazing as well...

للأسف الشديد كانت الإقامة سيئة سكنت في الدور الأول ماقدرت افتح البالكون تدخل حشرات كثيرة حتى في الليل ماقدرت اشغل اللمبة من الحشرات كنب الصاله فيه حشرة البق كلنا تحسسنا الفطور مو متنوع ومكان الفطور ضيق مره قالو لي مطل نص على المدينة ونص على البحر وعشانها الدور الاول كلها أشجار مانشوف شي

L'appartement de 2 chambres est idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très spacieux, confort de la literie, avec une vue incroyable sur Dubai. Les équipements proposés par l'hôtel sont au top : salle de sport, piscine et jaccuzzi. L'hôtel est très arrangeant pour la demi-pension qui peut être utilisée pour le déjeuner ou le dîner. La possibilité de dîner dans le restaurant Anise, situé dans l'autre hôtel, est très appréciable. Une navette vous y amène en moins de 5 minutes et vous y découvrez un buffet gargantuesque, de grande qualité, aux saveurs internationales, avec une mention spéciale pour la cuisine asiatique.

Break fast was perfect, plenty of choices in addition to a special free menu. I booked 2 room apartment & was upgraded to superior apartment. It was well designed, comfortable & spacious. Location was perfect near the Festival Mall.

Some noises came from the upper floor (some works were taking in place)

I loved how all staff in front desk, concierge and house keeping were eagerly wanting to help out and assisted us.
