Ein heruntergekommenes altes Hotel. Eine sogenannte 'Suite' mit Plastiksofa, Löcher in der Bettwäsche und dreckigen Wänden und Teppich...ein völlig schief angebrachter billiger Kleiderhaken von Ikea war Sinnbild dieses Hotels. Das einzige was diese sogenannte Suite mit einer Suite gemein hatte war der Preis.

Wir haben eine Nacht aufgrund eines Konzertes in der nahe gelegenen Barclays Arena verbracht. Zimmer und Ausstattung sind teilweise bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, unser Zimmer war dennoch sauber und gefällig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen wir in Kontakt kamen waren äußert freundlich.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The location was quite convenient, and was just down the street from a main bus stop.

All was perfect. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Breakfast great. Easy to get downtown. Close to the bus stop. But most importantly, great value. And a great surprise that for the kid of 13 is free of charge. Would come again for sure.

Just the pillows were too soft and out of shape. But we found an extra one in the drawer.

It provided a good stopping off place close to Hamburg autobahns as we were just using this as a stop over it met our expectations. Breakfast is a good quality self service and can get very busy. Go early. Staff helpful in initial communications and in person.

We did have the shower leaking to bathroom floor in our first room and air con was quite noisy, but turning the fan to minimum sorted that out.

As I was attending a concert at the Barclay Arena the location was perfect.

The Hotel itself was Okay.

Staff was very kind and friendly. The room was super clean. Breakfast was good- assorted. About the location, it is very close to the university and Volkspark.

They didn't reply my messages and mails before my booking. It was difficult to reach them by message and mail. Unfortunately, there is no sauna/gym.

Good location and the hotel parking facility is nice.

The hotel and room was very hot. Temperatures between 23-26 Celsius and the airconditining units were just not working. As the hotel is next to a big road, opening the window resulted in very loud noise.

Needs to be updated & no restaurants close by.

Cabinet in the room was broken and even didn’t bother to inform us at the time of check in.

Calm location, easy access to city center using public transport, walking distance to Barclays Arena. The room was quiet and clean, furnished with desk and office chair too, so ideal for doing some work if necessary. The hotel offers rich breakfast until 10:30 !

The Wi-Fi could be stronger. The service and the staff during the breakfast were quite slow. Some hot meals were almost cold.
