Sehr gemütliches , kleines Hotel mit wirklich wunderbaren Mitarbeitern.

Es war alles perfekt.

Zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, wir haben ohne gebucht. Die Lage ist mega super; man geht aus dem Hotel und hat eine große Auswahl an diversen Restaurants, Bistros, Bars und Cafés - zudem ist man schnell (aber nicht zu nah) am Hauptbahnhof und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten u.ä. // jetzt zum Hotel. Es ist wirklich sehr charmant, die Rezeption mit sehr netten Menschen; Zimmer war gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Das Bett fand ich auch gut; habe aber ehrlicherweise nie große Probleme mit Betten. Hmmm, was noch? Es gibt auch einen Aufzug und es hat einfach Charme. Da wir an einem Brückentag dort übernachtet hatten war es für mich schon etwas teuerer als erwartet; weiß aber nicht, ob Hotelübernachtungen aktuell überall echt teurer wurden - plus Brückentag. Aber den Preis kannte ich ja als ich buchen gedrückt hatte. Fazit: Gerne wieder!

Location is in a great neighborhood with lots of eateries very close by, while being a block and a half off of the main street, so it's nice and quiet and night. The breakfast was lovely, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We have no criticism of this hotel at all. Very comfortable and quiet. We would happily return to Hamburg and stay at this hotel again.

Well located hotel with comfortable, modern, rooms and good facilities / amenities.

Parking is easy and available (agains payment) in a neighbouring street. There are many restaurants and pub in the area. The hotel is located in a calm street close to Austen Alster. Beds are comfortable and room are quiet on the garden side.

Unfortunately, the bathroom equipments are very old. Clean but outdated. The water temperature in the shower alternates from cold to warm. This is disappointing for the price paid. Hamburg is expensive, but still...

Large, clean room, with full height windows opening onto a garden lookout area Serene and peaceful location just minutes away from a vibrant and popular restaurant and shopping area Bright and airy space with very high 12 foot ceilings Greeted with large bed and a "First Class Style" welcome of towels shaped as two swans and chocolates Great area, within easy walking distance of train station, restaurants, tourist sights, and shopping Two blocks ( walking ) to a fantastic food store called Edeka (I think) on Lange Reihe strasse which had great food and beer Also within walking distance to a largely immigrant shopping area with cheaper produce stores, "dollar store" markets, bakeries, and lots of middle eastern fast food eats. A great place to pick up items like socks, umbrellas, etc. Friendly, helpful staff, who make guests feel welcome on arrival, and provide you with basic information about the hotel's area along with a map marked with specific areas of interest Toiletries and towels supplied and replenished Good breakfast A selection of fresh foods served in the bright dining or outdoor garden area in the morning Great lattes made on request at breakfast Appreciated the peace and quiet of the room and being on a lower floor with easy stair access to our space Two okay burger places close by, (but the best one was Brooklyn Burger) about 20 minutes walk away

Furniture arrangement made navigating the room somewhat challenging due to narrow space between the bed and the built in desk area that was along the opposite wall Having to step over the side of the the tub to shower may present a problem for some older and less agile people It would be nice to have a small table with two chairs by the window

Perfect location, very helpfull staff on the front desk, nice bathroom. Also the balcony was very usefull.

Great location if you travel by train, just 5-10 minute walk. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast also good. Rooms nice and cozy, little small but that's what you can expect at a city centre hotel. Bikes rental for free.

One morning we did had cold showers. During this busy weekend in Hamburg the prices where quite high at most of the hotels.

The breakfasts were very good and the staff were super helpful.

Our room could have been air-conditioned, but apparently there are air-conditioned rooms on the top floor

we liked the quiet location and the garden

far from being made welcome we were made to feel the opposite. for example “ wrong type of guest now, all tourists” said by the lady on reception. Given an Attic room with only skylights, and dangerously hot scalding water.

Lovely room and the hotel has a garden to sit and relax in. Very friendly and helpful staff, the location is great!

The room windows were very old and could not be closed properly (you could feel the wind).
