30 francs for parking is quit something

The location in Lausanne and Lake Geneva was perfect. It was close to the metro station and going up into the shopping district quick. The hotel provided a metro pass for our stay as well making it easy to get around the community.

Nothing to dislike. It was low season and cold with the majority of lakeside shops closed.

Good location by the lake

This hotel needs an overhaul and some money spent on it. The bedrooms we were given were scruffy and the bathrooms had cracked tiles on the floor and a cracked basin. The building that is situated above the pool area needs some TLC. The doors are scratched, the corridors scruffy and need painting and the whole ambience is of a hospital or old peoples home. Given that this is a 4 star hotel, our group was disappointed at the lack of care. The breakfast buffet was ok. Again not up to usual Swiss standard. A help yourself coffee machine and average selection of cold and hot platters. Overall we all felt it was not worth the money or it’s 4 star rating.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location, amazing outdoor pool. Upon arrival, you will receive a card that will allow you to travel free of charge on public transport and will provide you with discounts on admission to the museum. Hotel is very closed to Olympic museum.

They cleaned our room only on the third day and only on request.

From the moment we arrived it was superb. The pool was class, the room was excellent, the staff were lovely. Breakfast was really nice also with a nice view. We will be back.
