The location is great and the room is quite big and comfortable.

Breakfast is at the reception food is exposed for everyone getting in or out from the hotel. When bread was missing the stuff said it's not gonna be refilled and you can go to the other hotel to have breakfast. Strange vibe. But the food itself was quite good. After checking in no one informed us how to get in to the hotel at night since the reception is not open. We didn't get at the check in the free public transport tickets, I had to ask if they have something like that on the day after. The shower stream was low and waved between hot and cold the whole time. We asked for upper floor room and we kindly got it so that might be the reason.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, yakın bir yerde %50 indirimli araba park imkanı sunuyorlar. Odalar biraz küçük ama bir iki gece için problem değil. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli değil. Odalar temiz ve personel güleryüzlü.

Kahvaltı daha uygun fiyatlı olabilir çünkü çok az çeşit sunuyorlar.

Central location. The partial view over the cathedral.

The size and the fitting of the room. It was supposed to be a superior room. I would not like to see the regular rooms 🤨

Tento hotel a Agora používá šampon a mýdlo v 30ml tubách - kosmetika není kvalitní! Hotel je drahý skrze design který je nad potřebou dnešních cestovatelů. Jednolůžkový pokoj, který jsem měl byl určen pro vozíčkáře a koupelna byla bez nábytku (oproti jednolůžku kolegy. Všude v koupelně byli značky od fixy a tužky od stavařů. Z polštáře mě bolelo za krkem

Je n'ai pas reçu de pass pour le tram, ort c'était écrit dans la publicité de l'hôtel. Dommage

Das Sofa-Bett ist wirklich grosszügig und stabil. Die Betten sind bequem und es hat alles was man braucht. In den dreierzimmern ist das Lavabo im Bad und das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Der Schokoladenbrunnen war am Morgen abgestellt. Die Kinder hätten gerne noch etwas genascht :-)

In der Nähe von U-Bahn und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Personal freundlich.

Die Wände im Gang ziemlich dunkel, es gibt auch weisse Schokolade. Der Saubermann kam ins Zimmer nach 17.00 Uhr abends, das ist einfach zu spät.

La Personne qui nous a accueilli le soir un peu froide, pas très accueillant, et ne nous a donné aucune information sur les transports à Lausanne…

Great hotel in the best area of Lausanne, Switzerland. Close to all the attractions, restaurants and the water. The Staff were all very friendly and would always check you had everything you needed. The hotel and rooms are clean and nicely designed. Spacious bathroom with good hairdryer and magnifying mirror! :) The chocolate fountain at the reception was a nice touch, which is a testament to the Swiss' love for their world-famous chocolates. Proximity to metro and free travel tickets made it very easy to get around. Would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a good stay, good food and hospitality. It was a comfortable stay overall.

The hotel was located in the city centre and the staff at the reception was very nice and helpful in providing necessary info. The theme of the hotel was chocolaty. We parked at Mon Repos parking. The hotel provided a 50% coupon and we paid 15 CHF for 24h. Additionally, the hotel also provided us with a 1 day travel pass for free (this was probably a scheme from the local city) Overall, it was a good stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in an excellent location. Easy to get from and to the metro. Good connections to train station, lake and cathedral. Bed was very comfortable.

Would have been good to be informed prior to arrival, about the renovations being done in the hotel. When people leave or enter their rooms, the doors slam and it happened quite often. Became disruptive in the evening. Would have been nice to have a second chair in the room.

Nice, modern rooms, very friendly staff and a chocolate fountain in the lobby.

It was still under construction, the lobby and hall we stayed in wasn’t finished, work going on in the morning, paint buckets etc in the elevator bf check out time, reception not staffed for check out, due to that nobody took care of a very annoyingly sounding ‚pre alarm‘ all morning…

Great location, proximity to metro and free travel tickets made it very easy to get around. Chocolate fountain in reception was a nice touch. Room upgrade was appreciated

The property is under renovation. Needs more regular hoovering and sweeping to clear up the mess. The main door to the suite didn’t work (was fixed the day we left) so had to keep rooms closed separately. Chocolate fountain was left unattended and looked a bit grim once it was left with half melted chocolate in it.

the hotel is not yet fully operational, still under refurbishment with lots of dust and plastic covers all over the corridors. TV set not operational, safe not working…

Location closed to Metro station "Ours", nice modern room.

Bic building site, non working elevator, no staff at the hotel in the morning, the fire alarm was running for hours without quitting by the staff, lobby full of building site material.

The price was good. But probably because the hotel is still having some renovations.

The check-in time is really late, which is unfortunate.

The location is decent

It is not clean. Staff is rude. There is no reception after 8. I read all the negative reviews and thought people were exaggerating. They were not. Everything horrible people wrote in the review section is actually true. Run. It's not worth it. I genuinely hope the property management hear everyone's complains and do something about it because it has a lot of potentials.
