Gleich um die Ecke die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Auto haben wir in der Altstadtgarage abgestellt und sind mit dem Gepäck in 5 Min. im Hotel. Grosszügige Zimmer, sehr schöne Saunalandschaft und ein tolles Restaurant in Haus mit exzellenter Küche. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Keine Minibar, wir hatten Medikamente die gekühlt werden mussten. Hatten uns selbst organisiert.

Reception area really dated and awkward layout. A large group was in bar and suitcases filled the lobby. Could not turn off bathroom light and reception had no idea how it functioned. Appeared to be on a timer? Finally turned off. The lighting switches were in odd places

Construction around hotel started early in the morning

I loved the spa upstairs and that it was away from the pool.

There was one server that was a bit dismissive because of a Christmas party that was taking place in the restaurant portion and we were by the fire for cocktails.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, nahe am Zentrum, Nähe zur Uni, trotzdem sehr ruhig, freundliche zurückhaltende Atmosphäre. Gute Betten, schönes Badezimmer mit Dreifachfunktionsduschkopf.

Schwimmbad war diesmal leider (wegen Wartung) ausser Betrieb.

Lovely hotel within easy reach of centre of Innsbruck and the autobahn. Had a lovely room and the pool in the basement and spa facilities were lovely, especially having spend the previous 9 hours in the car driving. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, food was good but felt a bit overpriced for what we had. Maybe we should have gone out to explore Innsbruck more for food. Breakfast was good quality. Piano bar for drinks was very chilled and staff were super helpful and friendly. Remember to give your parking ticket to reception when you check out to get a discount if you are using the nearby underground car park.

Zimmer sehr schön, sauber und heimelig. Kopfpolster und Decken perfekt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Lage perfekt zum Zentrum, alles fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Nichts

Hotel Innsbruck won our approval right away with the welcoming front desk staff. The room was comfortable and had a view of the old town. Breakfast was good. The golden swimming pool really charmed us - such a delightful experience. Being located adjacent to the Altstadt was perfect. There was also garage parking onsite as well as public parking very nearby. Innsbruck and this hotel won our hearts.

breakfast was traditionally Austrian great. Maybe only the scrambled eggs should not be completely dry. The hotel lobby is nice. Spa is small but fine.

There were more disappointments. The hotel should meet the conditions of a higher category, which we expected. Unfortunately the family room for two adults and two children costing approx. 350 EUR was a normal double room with extra bed. Due to the size of the room, almost no movement around the room was possible, opening one suitcase let alone two was almost impossible, the option of spending time in the room other than on the bed was not possible, there was nowhere to sit. The price-performance ratio did not correspond to the star. The highlight of the disappointment was that you have to book parking in advance, but this is not stated anywhere. Otherwise, although discounted, you park in the parking house on the other side of the square, which in the traditional Innsbruck rain is really not pleasing. For a hotel with half the price and rating this would probably be possible, but here Austrian hospitality completely disappoints.

Bloody boogers on the wall in the bathroom. Yes, boogers plural. Also pubes in the shower. Nasty. Lobby smelled intensely of a gentleman’s club. Pool was in a dark basement. Stay elsewhere.

Great hotel and location, friendly service and nice pool/sauna! Breakfast is good and quite diverse (plus you can ask for extra breakfast items off menu) View has been amazing, one of a kind to see the mountains from your bedroom
