Das Hotel befindet sich in der Fussgängerzone der Altstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe div. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Das tägliche Nachfüllen der Wasserflasche habe ich speziell geschätzt. Die Mitarbeitenden beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstücksbuffet war immer gut aufgefüllt. Generell herrschte eine angenehme und familiäre Atmosphäre.

Hinweis: Viele Restaurants haben während der warmen Jahreszeit in den Gassen Tische aufgestellt, was natürlich zu einem regen Betrieb am Abend führt. Folgedessen, hört man bei offenem Fenster die Leute draussen Reden und Lachen. Mich hat dies jedoch nicht gestört (war kein Rambazamba) und ansonsten stellt das Hotel Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung 😊

This beautiful, historic hotel is in a fabulous location in the old part of town, and has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

There was no kettle in the room to be able to make coffee or tea, and the lighting in the bathroom wasn't fabulous, but that is a minor note and not really a complaint!

Booking.com and the hotel deceptively advertised that we were get a large room and showed this information on my booking listing. However, the room was 3 by 4 meters.

We visited for one night and it was just perfect. Fabulous location and the best staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they even blessed us with some wine at breakfast!

Had a great stay. Perfect location in the middle of old town, close to the river. Front desk staff were amazing. Lovely room with balcony, separate bathroom and WC. Nice bed and linens. Charming hotel with modern touches. The restaurant on the main and second floors was pretty and had good food.

Our room could have used a bar fridge.

We loved everything about this hotel. We were given a warm and helpful welcome, the staff were exceptionally friendly and keen to help. Food in the bar was excellent, the location was perfect and the room immaculate. We really wished we had stayed for more than one night and will be going back at the end of the year, This hotel is the standard that all others should be judged by.
