the room, the helpfulness of the staff
the air conditioner was not work no one was around to sort it for me. in the morning I spoke to the receptionist to discover I needed to use the walk heaters which I do not know even existed. As for the Wi-Fi, terrible for a digital nomad like myself.the speed was like 5mg , and even then insanely unstable!!!!! so had to spend another 60.00 euros to rent a meeting room at another hotel and good decent speed considering I was delivering a presentation to 10 people!!! that did not include my 20 euros Uber costs…

A super comfortable bed which was what we needed after a along flight, extremely helpful and friendly staff and amazing breakfast with the best gluten free buns and bread I have ever had.

The staff are all really accommodating and friendly. The honesty bar in the reception is a really nice touch and the rooms are really big and comfortable. Its really central only a 3-4 minute walk
to the train station. Would definitely recommend.

We spent 3 nights (2 adults, 2 10yo kids). Boutique hotel. Excellent location. Very clean. Bathroom a bit small but nice and very clean. Most of the time there's no one in the front desk, which we actually loved as it gives the feeling of a very nice hotel room with an airbnb vibe. As a 'base' for a Vienna tourist - just perfect. Great price/value.

When I made booking I thought it is a hotel but was just 13 rooms hotel and no staff after 1 pm to help and the room and bathroom very small not like what was on the add also the TV is only with native language

Super cute place. Perfect location. Cute little street, we had room facing the street but no sound could be heard. Very nice rooms. Lovely staff. There were even toys waiting for my baby girl. Breakfast was delicious!! Great bar right next to the entrance. I will recommend to all my friends planning to go to Vienna.

Great location especially for TU Wien and great rooms. The building seems old but the rooms are very recently renovated and spacious. Bathroom is great too.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, have coffee machine, water and a minibar. The location is very good, close to the center.

it was promoted as bed and breakfast but breakfast cost 14 euros per person and it’s name says Champagne and promised bubbles on arrival but bubbles were another 15 euros..,also bedside table with no room and meager light.
