La ubicación, muy céntrico. Se puede ir caminando a muchos sitios. Y es muy tranquilo. El anfitrión fue muy amable, contestó rápidamente mis mensajes y nos permitió entrar en el apartamento antes de la hora y hacer el check-out más tarde para poder dejar allí el equipaje.

There was no hot water when we arrived at the evening and the host was avvailable only untill 21.00. This was dissappointing, as we could not take a shower after a very long driving. But the host sent a tecnithion to fix it first thing in the next morning!

Ideal location, a short walk to lots of local attractions as well as public transport links.

Clean, spacious, location, good communication

Uncomfortable bed, but the worst is the promise given by the name of the accommodation! NO IT IS NOT by the Stephansdom!!! What you only find out when you pay the money!

There was a half level to the lift and half level after the lift to reach to the apartment. This hasn’t been mentioned in the property specification. There was a lot of ants every where which were bothering us. They just prepared a set of keys and we requested to get the second keys and has been declined by the owner. There was too hot in the summer despite they mentioned no AC available. There was just two rolls of toilet papers for 4 nights for 3 people and no washing machine and dishwasher powder or tablet.

Old unit, requires further maintenance & mattress with linen were not very clean upon arrival. Also we couldn’t use the safe as it was closed & we couldn’t be assisted.

Good location and internet

The location of the key was in a cafe 15 minutes away by feet, so it was difficult with children and suitcases to move around the city. Also there was no toilet paper and no shampoo

Location was amazing! Just a couple blocks from Schwedenplatz and the river, a couple blocks to the Stadtpark, and 5 min walk to St. Stephens cathedral. The kitchen/dining/living area was large and open and great for our family with lots of windows and light. 3 bedrooms were large and spacious. Washer/dryer was amazing. 4 flights of stairs to the unit, but also had a super small elevator to get up the the unit if you didn’t want to walk. Large fridge and great kitchen utensils for cooking/etc if you want to save money on some meals. Cafe Enzo where you pick up keys had excellent wood fired pizza we loved! Excellent apartment! We’ll be back here again.

Internet was a little spotty/would go in and out, so need to be a little patient with that, but overall got it to work when we needed it most. Only complaint is that we weren’t notified of a location change. This host has several great units in the downtown vienna area, and we had originally booked a unit 1-2 blocks from St. Stephens cathedral several months in advance. Luckily when I went to double check the booking a week or so before check in I noticed that the address was different than what I originally booked, and not in the area we needed for both work/commuting and leisure reasons. Host informed us at that point that the original unit we booked was being remodeled or repaired beginning a couple months earlier and was not rentable, so they moved us to one of their other units on the outer ring near the University. We had intentionally booked the Stephanzplatz location for commuting reasons as I needed direct access to the red subway line, so had to work with hosts to replace us to a different unit closer to the original location we booked. Hosts were great to re-place us in this amazing 3bed unit closer to where we needed to be for work commute reasons, so we are very grateful to them. Just would have been better if that location change wasn’t a surprise as I only found it by remapping things and comparing past reservation confirmation emails to the app.

Drain in the bathtub and kitchen sink were slow.

The location is perfect. The apartment is situated in a nice building, which has an elevator. It's quite spacious, super clean and beautiful, with a cozy terrace, and everything that makes your stay easy, including even such details as a bottle opener, salt, and other small and important things one may need and doesn't want to look for in stores. If I happen to go to Vienna again, I will definitely try to book this apartment. It was an enjoyable stay. Plenty of restaurants around, yet a quiet street that seemed safe at any time.

The key had to be picked up from a pretty far away spot. Very uncomfortable, particularly if you have a 4 year old with you. The TV didn't work (I didn't check with the owner though as we were way too limited in time for correspondence, etc.). There were some ants detected by my kid in the bedroom (I guess they came through the terrace door) and in the kitchen. They didn't bother me personally, but if we had a longer stay using kitchen, this might have influenced our experience. The top (the ring) of the toilet was half broken.

Nightmare to get into property. Difficult to get hold of key-people. After being promised an early check-in at 10h00 - there were still people in the accommodation, who in turn were promised a late check-out of 12h00. Cleaners still had to do their work, which meant we only got in around 15h00. Very disappointing start, after arriving at 06h00 in the morning in Vienna. Cleaners left all the wet washing from all the beds & towels, hanging in the passage...

this apartment is beautiful it has of space and had a washer and dry rack I was thankful for that.

We were informed when we arrived to check-in that the location was different from what we expected. The Apartment Team should have informed us during booking that they have multiple properties at different locations and rooms are available based on availability. No one answered the phone or responded to our WhatsApp messages. We finally checked in after two hours!

The address shared in booking.com is not the actual address of the apartment. The studio apartment where we stayed is on the ground floor with a very limited daylight. The entrance is through a courtyard full of trash.. No bedsheets were given, towels given to us should be thrown to trash. I don't see any plus point of staying at this property apart from the location advantages. We had to wait for almost half an hour to collect the key even though we repeatedly communicated about our arrival time.

As per our request, the host arranged to change accommodation with an apartment having a living room and a separate bedroom suitable for 2 couples.The apartment was very clean, equipped with the all necessary you need, in a super nice building.

The access to the bathroom is made from the bedroom, which is nice if there is only one couple in the apartment.
