Die Freundlichkeit und der Service in der SkyBar und beim Frühstück verspüren noch Potential. Etwas genervt und nicht Dienstleistunhsoriektiert wurde in dieser Bar/Restaurant agiert.

Posizione, camera ampia e pulita. Bagno e doccia ampi. Letti comodi. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Eravamo in tre (figlia di 14 anni) e ci hanno fatto up grade gratuito a camera con due stanze e due letti matrimoniali di cui uno king size.

Moreover, the staff took the time to share valuable insights into the local attractions, enhancing our overall experience. Despite being a boutique hotel, the level of service provided was exemplary, ensuring a top-notch client experience throughout our stay. Contrary to expectations, the locals proved to be warm and welcoming, challenging any preconceived notions. In summary, the hotel boasts amazing service and an impressive design, leaving my wife and me thoroughly satisfied with our stay.

Lovely hotel.
Warm welcome from the staff particularly Danielle the receptionist who couldn’t do enough for us.Room upgrade was a very nice surprise.Room was spotlessly clean with large comfortable bed.

Sky Bar is a wonderful spot and the views are fantastic.

My hotel room and the hotel itself were exceptionally clean. A shower/ bath was provided. The restaurant is conveniently located on the top floor of this hotel and their food is exceptional. The staff were friendly and shared good information during my stay. Loved seeing the Christmas Markets in and around Old Town.
I was a solo traveler. Because of this stay, I've started verifying my room size before booking to ensure it meets my expectations. Prices here and Austria in general were higher which caused me to expect a bit more.

La colazione è molto ricca e varia: ce n'è per tutti i gusti, dal dolce al salato. Ho apprezzato la qualità e la freschezza degli alimenti, oltre alla gentilezza del personale di sala.
Ho avuto occasione anche di cenare una sera al ristorante, e sono rimasta molto colpita dal menu ricco e dalla bontà dei piatti, dai più semplici adatti ai bambini, ai più sofisticati, dedicati ai clienti esigenti. L'ambiente è curato e accogliente

ottima la posizione, facilmente raggiungibile il centro e tutte le zone più attrattive della città.

purtroppo abbiamo avuto diversi "inconvenienti" durante il nostro breve soggiorno:
- al momento della prenotazione ho richiesto una camera con 3 letti ma all'arrivo mi hanno detto che non avevano possibilità di fornire tre letti
- durante il soggiorno è andata via la corrente più volte, creando parecchi disagi
- al momento della partenza la cassaforte non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto attendere per il ripristino
- il servizio di pulizia ha lasciato un doccino aperto e al rientro in camera abbiamo trovato il pavimento del bagno allagato
Fortunatamente dopo qualche contrattazione abbiamo avuto un parziale rimborso del costo sostenuto ma certo questi inconvenienti non sono accettabili in un Hotel 4 stelle superior.
Non credo ci tornerò.

The location was quite far from our leisure spot.
It would be great that city tax be made a choice to be taken upfront during check in rather from the deposit.

Situated on the main road ,one way system (you must use sat -nav if coming with car ) and despite stating on booking there is no car park .They are happy to park for you for additional charges for about 30 euro per day .

Basic room with comfortable beds. Good location with 10 min walk to old town. Very close to Mirabell Gardens. Great staff. Went out of their way to help solve parking issue. Great breakfast. Omelettes and eggs to order. Nice rooftop restaurant.

great location and beautiful historic building. we had a drain issue with bathroom and they immediately switched rooms and addressed the situation. the response was excellent. would definitely stay there again.
