Ubytování bylo kousek od metra v klidné lokalitě. Metrem to všude bylo do pár minut, tedy super lokalita na prozkoumání celé Vídně. Prostředí vcelku čisté a s příjemným personálem.

- beautiful room, new furniture, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with huge shower and amazing lights for makeup!
- position: underground station and tram stop are just around the corner
- good value for the price!
- we had to cross a courtyard to reach our room because it was in a detached side of the building: not very comfortable especially at night, because there was no light. But I think they’re still working on the renovation of the whole hotel
- the breakfast wasn’t very rich. Nice but not too rich

Moderne rom, mange speil og komfortabel seng.
Dårlig belysning.
Elendig frokostbuffet.

. Sehr gute Lage/ Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz
Offensichtliche Flecken zB auf einer Tagesdecke ..
Hätte jeder Reinigungskraft auffallen müssen und trotzdem vorhanden ..
gewissenhaftere Reinigung der Zimmer wäre wünschenswert

My best friend and I stayed for three nights at Hotel Resonanz and we were delighted to be just in walking distance to the old town-about 15 minutes. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and always there to support or help us with smiling faces and kind attitude. The breakfast was fulfilling and exceeded our expectations.
The bathroom toilet paper wasn't renewed.
4.3

Location is superb, walking distance to Prater and near tube station. The breakfast was kosher, so no meat, it was satisfactory. The Wiena tap water is the best I have ever tasted, delicious and cool. The staff was super nice and pleasant check in was quick and no complications. All was paid in advance by booking.com.
The road outside was busy but with windows closed it was quite quiet in the night. There was no airconditioning, I didn't miss it but someone might find that a problem.
4.3
Proximity to the city centre and the metro station. The Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop number 8 is within walking distance too. The receptionist went out of his way to help us in every way.
The rooms are in need of refurbishing.
4.3
Rooms are super clean and comfortable.
The staff is one of the most kind I met, they lovely.

This hotel caters to the needs of Orthodox Jews like ourselves. I recommend it to them in particular in terms of location, services, and the staff's willingness, but it is also a fine hotel in general.
Climate change is starting to make air-conditioning a necessity and this hotel doesn't offer it (yet).
4.3
It was near from the centre
The room was very small
4.3
Good location, close to city center.
Poor breakfast, outdated furniture
4.3
Nothing was positive , even the bed was too low to sleep and get up.
the bath room to take a shower was not convenient to climb an take a shower.
4.3
Position very good to visit the town. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Some guests were not very respectful, they chatted loudly after 11pm in the corridor.
4.3
Staff were very friendly, and helpful at all times. It was very useful that they could understand English and reply in English.
A little more variety in what was on offer at breakfast would be nice. The carpet in my room looked a little old. In my particular room there was no ceiling light, so the light level wasn't very good.
4.3
The staff was so welcoming and accommodating.
We were in a rush to get out in the morning and they opened the breakfast a half our early special for us.

Location.
The breakfast.
4.3
Room was comfortable
Traces of blood on the sheets and very bad breakfast
4.3
This place is close to the centre which was the main reason I picked it. It was good enough for a one-night stay but I'd probably wouldn't pick it for a longer time as the room was very small.
I was in my room when suddenly another guest entered with her card by accident. She apologized and was just as shocked as I was to see that apparently cards work for other rooms, not just your own. If that's the case, it really should be fixed.
Another small problem was that the only outlet visible wouldn't work to charge my phone, so I had to move the closet to reach another one that luckily did work.
4.3
The staff were knowledgable.
The room wasn't very well furnished and looked very old.
4.3
Location and cleanliness
Same breakfast menu was served everyday, no formal tourist partner to facilitate sight seeing, room size was very small and back side room without any view
4.3
The location was really good for, in the middle of city center and international conference center.
There is no fridge in the rooms
4.3
Great location, friendly staff, and a nice kosher breakfast. Good value for money.
Very poor Wifi on the second floor.
4.3
Good location.
Fair breakfast.
Great staff.
Quite dark rooms(only the lamps).
Mattesses needs an upgrade.
We had two rooms - one smaller and one bigger. In both rooms there were problems with bathroom lighting(constabtly glitching) and in one of the rooms we only had one working power outlet(we had to unplug a lamp to use another one - none of them was near the bed).
4.3
We really enjoyed our stay here.
The location was near center.
4.3
Big and comfortable room. The hotel is in a very nice and well-connected area. Excellent value for money (actually, the place was better than expected)
Even though the staff is friendly and helpful, there is a lack of communication among its members. For instance:
- I notified weeks in advance my arrival time (nothing special and already within the normal check-in period). The hotel staff said it was ok. When we arrived, we got the room 3.5 hours later, after 6:00 pm. (according to booking, check-in starts at 2:00 pm).
- I asked 3 different staff members to schedule a taxi for our early departure to the airport. The 3 of them said they were aware of it and it was taken care already. When the time came, it turned out someone just put a post-it, but no one actually called the taxi company.
