Staff are very friendly, the location of the hotel and place is clean and tidy

The cost of breakfast is rather high if you don't book it with your room. My wife and I went down the street to get yogurt and croissants from the grocery store to get around this.

We liked the location, the facilities in the room, the pool, the excellent breakfast, and the staff.

We stayed there for 9 nights and our sheets and towels were not changed.

Good size room with twin beds. Mountain view. Hotel staff were exceptional. Nice variety at breakfast. Excellent restaurant. Located on the main road in Wengen. Cable car and train access within just a few minutes.

The dining room was really nice, as was the bar. Live music in the bar one evening. Food (breakfast and dinner) really good and service was excellent. The room had everything we needed. All the English channels were available on TV. The swimming pool was very good.

The room, whilst it had everything we needed, including a kettle and nice big mugs, needs to be refurbished and modernised. For example, it had an old fashioned key rather than a key card, bathroom door needed fixing. Temperature of shower sometimes kept changing.

The room I stayed in is spacious for family of 4. The bathroom and the room is clean. And the view is amazing ! My window just right in front of the Maanlichen cable cart station, so I could see the amazing mountain view and the cable cart passing goingnup and down the mountain. There is a park just in front of the hotel. My kid could ride the scooter from the hotel for free. When I arrive, there was a music summer concert in the city park just putside the hotel. What a surprise ! Wengen train station is very near, only 5-minute walk from the hotel. Many shops and restaurants are just outside the hotels.
