Pickup was good but we were unaware that the keys are actually at a restaurant across the road called the Steinbock.

Great location, so handy for getting around the area. Spacious apartment, well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

the location was perfect- right across from the train station. The apartment was large and fully equipped for cooking. We loved sitting on the big balcony with awesome views. It was clean.

Clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen. There are actually 6 beds (bunk beds and single in one room and king size plus single in the other). Friendly staff on check in at the hotel Steinbock. Multilingual channels on TV. Basic English channels but sufficient for our needs. Lots of games and puzzles in the cupboards and under the stairs. Dishwasher tablets provided. Some basic spices, salt and sugar in the cupboards. CoOp directly underneath. Apartment is on the first floor with a lovely balcony, with a view of the mountains. There is no lift.
We expected it to be a bit noisy as it’s opposite the train station but the people in the flats above were very noisy especially in the middle of the night stomping around and waking us up most nights. Not sure if it’s a rental or privately owned.

We've liked where the apartment is located: right across from the Lauterbrunnen railway station and few meters literally from the gondola lift to Grutschalp (and, furthermore, a connected, less than 10 min train to Murren). Is it quiet and quite spacious. It is not newly refurbished, but that wasn't an issue for us, as we were there for the location, the hiking and the convenience an apartment brings to a family. The Lauterbrunnen valley is fantastic !
The hosts were fabulous. We've received the keys quickly from the ferienwohnung that has parking lots next to the railway station and that is owned by the same owners (it was indeed a bit confusing not to find "Bahnhofli" when the gps says you've arrived). Moreover, the hosts' proactive and cooperative attitude was beyond spotless when we let them know that we've forgot a computer (specific) charging cable in the apartment.
We might have not read the directions correctly, but we've spent quite few minutes trying to find Bahnhofli Ferienwohnung. The main road of the narrow valley doesn't offer many parking opportunities, so more specific directions for where to park and to get the keys from would come handy IMO.

This is a well sized apartment right off the main street in Lauterbrunnen. It had plenty of room for our family of 5 to relax in comfort. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep and cooking, which we did one evening. The location is across from the train station and next to the Coop for easy groceries. I definitely recommend this apartment for families rather than two couples, as the second bedroom offered a bunkbed and a single bed.
Check-in was slightly confusing because you check-in at the hotel Steinbeck restaurant, and neither the information nor the name on booking.com describes that this apartment is related to that hotel. There is a sign on the door that says to check-in at the restaurant, but it didn't say which restaurant, lol. We eventually figured it out, but I'm mentioning it here for others. Also, while the location is very convenient, we did find it to be quite noisy in the early morning due to all the street and train noise. It wasn't a big problem for us as we have small children who wake early and we like to get an early start for treks, but something to keep in mind if you like to sleep a little later.

Apartment was quite basic but very clean and totally satisfactory. The location was excellent. The staff at the hotel were delightful.
