Excellent location just a few blocks from the central train station. Close to many restaurants and Old Zürich .

Really small and slow elevator as expected for Europe. They had wide carpeted stairs as well so we used those mist if the time. Not much water pressure in the shower and a bit complicated to operate( too many nozzles)

Location of the property is brilliant. There are lot of eating options on the same block. easy access to public transport like tram and main station is also at walking distance. Every floor had a lounge which could be used to relax. only drawback is the breakfast. Better to head across the road to Migros for coffee and breakfast.

The breakfast service was not that great. Advisable to go out for breakfast .The breads, croissants etc were not very fresh.

I loved the location and overall design of the hotel. We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Zürich. Our room was quiet, clean and just the right size.

The location was great. Just a few minutes walk from the train station with great selection of food places nearby. There is also a Migros right across the street which was really convenient.

Nothing to complain except the elevator was a bit small

The location was so good, about 5-10 min walk from the station, which had escalators for big luggages. Staff was super friendly. Room had a vintage feel but it was modern and new. And it was big enough for 2 big opened luggages. Loved the stay! The TV can connect to Netflix!

The location is perfect, a short walk to many shops and city center

location is great, near the station, the Main Street and also walking distance from the old part of the city. Comfortable beds, and good bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Very central location, walking distance from the central station, main shopping area, old town and all the commodities. Comfy room (we had a “business” room). Very friendly and helpful staff

The road in front can be a little bit noisy during weekend nights (people going out late, not traffic), but this has to be expected in a city centre

The room is nice, clean and comfortable. Strategic location in the city centre. Not far from the train station. Staffs are really nice especially at the reception. Makes you feel welcomed.

sleeping cover was too warm. couldn’t figure out the a/c

Loves the deco, hygiene, bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly and nice and very responsive.

Breakfast spread quite limited but sufficient. TV had issues connecting to Netflix, staff did try to fix it but didn't work. Apart from that everything was excellent!
