The bathroom had a leaking making noise for the whole night and I couldn't sleep.

Shower head in bathroom was broken. Apart from that, everything worked well. Never saw staff, but self check-in worked very well, I even arrived after midnight.

Self check in was awesome. Location is great. Cheap so ok

Hotel room wasn't that neat. I wouldn't recommend for a sensitive person. Staff not on premises. Remotely available but can be rude.

Not worth the money

The bed was amazing and the shower was just Sublime; the chicken was relatively easy and the location brilliant. There is nothing I can say about this property except that it is truly a wonderful experience and the explosion of colours has the effect of allowing you to wake up revitalised and excited.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave!

Room was to hot overnight due to hot weather probably air-conditioning would be good idea in the future.

Slightly strange in that we saw no staff at all from start to finish - breakfast was mentioned on the paperwork at E12.50 but there was no-one around - just a coffee vending machine. Everything was very clean so no complaints but just odd that that there were no staff - the room wasn’t cleaned not that that was a problem.

Check-in: Key machine was jammed so wouldn't release room key and entrance door fob. Guy on telecom helpful. It still took around 15mins to gain access. In the end we were allocated a different (cheaper) room, basically any room that the Check-in machine would release a key for. Parking barrier: A key code has to be put in for entrance and exit. The exit is tricky as you have to get out of the car to input the code. By the time you have got back to the car and are ready to move the barrier has lowered again! Took on average 3 attempts to get out!

Easy to check in and out.

there was only one roll of toilet paper in a room for four people.

rooms are very loud

The room was really big and clean. The decor of the hotel was really nice. I also really liked the vending machines all over.

The rooms feel a bit empty, could help to add some images and decoration.

the location and the free parking

it wasn’t clean at all. toilet was smelly, trash was thrown in the toilet when I checked in. On Friday night a big group of children(I assume some sports team based on the uniform) were in the lobby and running and yelling between the rooms on my floor after 10 pm.

Very near the station and the city center, but the room was very quite. Self check in went smooth and Is very handy. Price was honest.

The organisation was good, even without personnel. The design was fun. Out side the old name of the hotel still shows on the wall, though. The location is very good and parking works well too

The location is good and very clean. Due to the fact that Covi-D restrictions apply in Germany, you need either a certificate or a negative test. It was not a vacation for me...since I'm coming from Ukraine, I needed to spend the night in comfort. I'm not complaining as the bed was very comfortable and I slept very soundly.
