friendly receptionists, location, size of the room, comfortable beds

no fridge in the room, unfriendly staff on the phone (not the reception, but I think the hotline), room was not too clean and lots of flies and mosquitoes at night, bright light from the sun early on in the morning, no air conditioner, the room felt stuffy

The toilet is very small

Service, service and the accommodation. The breakfast is a bit smaller than expected but it fit's for a good start into the day tho.

There's something I would say, is more or less a ‘no-go’. Providing water with an etiquette that states the bottle for free and and write a price under it by hand.

having to pay for parking in the hotel car park. breakfast was not good at all, cold hard scrambled eggs and cold hard sausage, not much other options upgraded room after being sent an offer of a better room for more money with air conditioning prior to arrival get there and air conditioning unit isn’t even plumbed in! neighbours spent all night screaming at each other. 1 woman and 2 men in a double room! couldn’t work the hob. staff couldn’t help. stood at reception for nearly an hour ringing the bell waiting for staff who didn’t come

The breakfast was really good and the location was excellent, the staff is friendly

Location was good. Room was very quiet and a comfortable temperature.

There was some light wear and tear on the room but nothing that effected the quality of our stay.

Near by centrum. Very good location. Perfect

WiFi failed to function the second night and next morning.
