The hotel is in a great location, in the city center, close to everything. The room and the bathroom was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean, the staff friendly and polite. This is a 3 star hotel, but honestly, it was better than some of the 4 stars we stayed in.

The lobby has very strong air freshener, which can be overwhelming for people with sensitivities to strong scent.

The hidden cost for cleaning. while I agree that cleaning every day is not necessary that should have been clearly mentioned during check-in. I only discovered this by accident by reading the information on the desk while searching for something else.

The hotel has a very good location, close to city center, rooms are spacious, very clean, beds are really comfortable, staff is friendly. There are also parking places reserved for the hotel, on the street, in front of it.

The breakfast was ok, but I think they can improve on breakfast variaty.

No instant Cafe and espresso at breakfast We were staying in room 105 ,the bathroom door was noisy and it could not be closed

The hotel is located right in the heart of the Debrecen and they even provide parking tickets so basically park for free. The rooms are big, clean and you also have a minibar and seif along side with a coffee machine and water boiler fot tea. Everything is within minutes walking. Even the Aquaticum Thermal Baths are just 20 minutes walk away. This hotel is an excellent value for money. They also provide free Wi-Fi and it works pretty well. We have booked the suite and it even have 1.5 bathrooms witch I find really helpful and nice.

It is not that I didn't like it at all, but the breakfast can be improved a little bit. A coffee maker with several choices would be better than the classic filter coffee, but overall you have a good option of food to choose from.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were very hard, the room was very cold upon arrival and we had to wait a quite a while for it to warm up. Also the “free parking” situation is a joke, we had to drive around the block for 45 minutes to find a spot and when I called the reception, the lady said we can also park at Forum (the mall) as the first our is free of charge. I booked this hotel knowing there will be some sort of parking available, this is was certainly not the case.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and it was as good this time as it was previously. Great location with free parking pass. The tram stops 150 metres from the hotel and it costs roughly £1.00 to do a full circuit of Debrecen. The tram stops at all the major attractions and popular bars & restaurants. Kossuth Utica is also full of places to eat & drink.

Shower gel and shampoo had weird smell but that is just minor issue

The location of the hotel is very central, there's a shopping mall just yards away. Room is spacious, with a balcony where you can soak in the sun.

The checking out time is 10.00 am, although we requested to check out at 11.00 which they happily obliged. However, I feel that check out time should not be earlier than 11.00am, especially, as breakfast closes at 10.00 am, so it means you either have to leave breakfast room much earlier to check out, or skip breakfast.
