The personnel is very outgoing. Always friendly with a smile. Always helpful. The balcony and views. The food was always plenty. Lots of variations and good.

Mostly the loud music until 2 am from the disco. There is no no location from our wing where it is not heard. And sometimes there are only few people in there and everyone against there will must listen to it. It should be just loud enough so that people can enjoy and relax without having to wait until 2 am. The pool is usually overcrowded during schools holidays. Not fitted for swimmers.

The stuff

I really liked that rooms were clean and spacious. House keeping was amazing, left our valuables out and nothing was taken.

Breakfast and dinner, not many food options were available. No kid friendly options. Pool in my opinion was not thoroughly cleaned, hairs in pool, and pool made my kids sick.

staff amiability! they was so rude

The hotel have a good location, right next the beach and with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel have a large kid friendly pool area (I would say from +4 and above). You can also walk directly from the pool area to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the activities at the pool area was fun to join and watch.

I have visited the hotel before and the quality have sadly gone downhill since our last visit like 4-5 years ago. Furthermore many COVID19 regulations was not followed. The COVID regulations was in large followed by the staff, but the staff didn't enforce the rules against the visitors. E.g a lot of people didn't use mask in the public areas, like restaurants, pool area and elevators etc. The food was far below average, and we had the feeling that we were eating almost the same variant of the same food at each service. The general installation and rooms are also calling for either an upgrade or general maintenance.

on the 20th floor our ocean view was exceptional! The large suites were nice as well.

All activities were in Spanish. getting a chair by the pool was very difficult as people placed their belongings on chairs early in the morning.

It's a quiet place, clean and comfortable, the view from the room it's amazing. The kids pool it's a great attractive for my little daughter.

The constant onboarding about offering a membership for the Royal experience or something like that The buffet variety for the breakfast

Lighting beach area at dark. Disco no varieties. Steps beach up to the hotel too high and dangerous. No light. Floor around pools for transiting too slippery. Rooms need upgrades.

HORRID FOOD, bugs all over room, food poisoning so bad we didn’t eat at hotel majority of the trip, most staff speaks no English, beds old, maids often forgot things like towels, hotel is falling apart with often broken elevators and broken facilities (gym advertised but doesn’t work). drinks are beyond disgusting, staff doesn’t care about anything and as foreigners we were ignored by most of the staff. Staff would bring drinks to Mexican guests on the beach palapa area but we were only offered once in 7 days. HORRID experience.

I did not like anything about the property and it does not look anything like the pictures.

The staff was very rude and gave me 3/5 of my rooms late. At the end of my stay the staff members were rude and were not allowing us to leave the premises

The property doesn’t have a place to iron or plug in the iron but next to the TV and an unsafe place to iron the pillows are to big. Attention no so well

My room had a wonderful view.

I told 3 different staff members that there was a huge cockroach in our bathroom and nothing was done about it.

Great location, long, clean beautiful beach with warm water. All staff always had a friendly greeting and smile. Exceptional cheerful service at the lobby bar from Sergio and Marco!! Two very fun amigos who need to be commended!
