The bathroom was a bit small, but had all amenities. Shower was very good

Everything was perfect. The hotel is located in a very good area, walking distance from many stores and restaurants. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and silent. Breakfast is delicious with a good choice of food - if you are lucky, may have a chance to experience live piano. The staff is awesome, very helpful and kind. A special mention to Francisco who was really helpful, friendly and arranged a late check out for us. Thank you, Francisco! I strongly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting BsAs.

Localização ideal para passeios aos pontos turisticos a pé. Bairro seguro e bonito, melhor região para se hospedar em Buenos aires. Café da manhã muito bom, assim como roupas de cama e banho.

Our room had the smell of sweat. The staff attempted to adjust through cleaning and mopping, however it didn’t go away. The room otherwise was very clean and comfortable.

I always stay here when in Buenos Aires. The location is great and it's a very classy hotel.

They didn't have a hair dryer and when I asked for one they said they would bring it. I waited for 20 min and called again and they said they're bringing it and still nothing. I had to leave for the airport and they didn't end up bringing it or even apologizing about it. I stay there often and this time I was quite disappointed by their attitude.

air conditioning only worked when in the room and it took hours of a hot room each night before we were comfortable. The front desk clerk was not helpful when we needed transportation to get to a guided tour. We were new to Argentina and she just threw options at us and didn’t take charge to get us there. Highly stressful until a luggage doorman took over and immediately got us a taxi. Thanks for him!

We have stayed at the Melia Recoleta twice before getting onto a cruise ship in Buenos Aires. We came back the second time because of the friendly and helpful staff, its location, and the charm of the hotel. We have another trip to Buenos Aires in 2025 and we’ll definitely be staying at the Melia again. To all the staff, thanks for a wonderful stay.
