The staff was very friendly and helpful.. Everything worked in the room, coffemaker, hairdryer, air etc.

Price vs quality and location

I haven't tried the breakfast and most of the facilities so cannot criticise that

the location is top, close to everything

Breakfast was poor. Didn’t like the staff at the reception. When we arrived, I told them I would pay in pesos, the lady quite rudely, I must admit told me about 21% taxes and wrote me the price in pesos. But on the check out date the price in pesos changed and besides she wanted to charge me with additional 4% service fee. At the end she removed 4% from the bill but I had very bad feelings. Very unpleasant situation. And I hope I will get my money they booked from my credit card, strangely 3 times: for rooms, for mini bar and one more time I don’t know what for.
