The location was ideal. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The resort was clean and welcoming. The food staff were polite
I didn’t like not having a shuttle available.

Viaje con tres amigas más y el staff fue lo máximo con nosotras. Victor, Robert y César nos divirtieron en el bar de la piscina colocando las canciones que más nos gustaban y el animador de costa rica también.
En el Arubian sea food restaurant una noche mi rodilla sufrió un accidente y Rodell de filipinas y Edgard de Venezuela se portaron muy bien conmigo, me dieron primeros auxilios y la cena estuvo expectacular. Accedieron a tomarse incluso una foto con nosotras. Nos reímos un montón!
En ese mismo restaurante decidimos almorzar todos los días, ya que allí se encontraban la señora Alba, Claudia y Douglas de Colombia, quienes nos recomendaban las sopas, nos hacían reír y nos dieron sus mejores consejos para movernos por toda la isla. Sus atenciones fueron espectaculares, los vamos a extrañar un montón !!!!
Adicional a eso, en el bar del lobby se encontraba Armando de Valledupar Colombia quien también nos atendió bastante bien, nos habló de la isla y cómo disfrutar de la mejor manera el hotel.
Keanu de Aruba en recepción siempre nos daba su mejor saludo cada vez que salíamos y entrábamos por lo que la estadía muy realmente muy acogedora.
Recomendamos el hotel mil veces. Fue una semana grandiosa. La comida súper saludable, variada, la atención en el restaurante Italiano por Don Jorge de Colombia muy buena también.

I loved the beach, very clean.
I did not like the beds they were uncomfortable, there were no wash clothes, they ran out of beach towels, I had to wait 20 minutes for a towel. I was not pleased with the buffet, overall the price of the hotel is too much for the service provided.

The ocean and location.
The front desk management and customer service was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The price we booked on Booking.com was not honored. They added $1,100 for our 12 year old after we checked in. Booking.com lists the rate for a 12 year old at the childcare. The hotel staff said he was not a child as soon as he was 1 day over 12. The hotel said Booking.com would need to refund the money since they had the incorrect rate. I am still disputing it with Booking.com.

The location is really good, the beach is beautiful, the staff at the royal level restaurant was excellent and at the royal desk too.
We didn’t like the buffet food, not a good variety of food and was tasteless, the specialty restaurants a littlr better but not flavorful, we upgraded to royal and room service menu for lunch and dinner was good, our question was why not all the places have the same quality of food,

Food, room is nice, staff very nice, close to everything, very safe, able to walk outside of resort grounds daily with no fear of anything
We requested a king sz, they gave 2 full Ned's, after questioning, they immediately moved beds ro make California bed but beds were unleveled.in house Entertainment needs to be upgraded. Also, shouldn't have to pay for bingo and pool table game. Elevator had no AC until last day

Food was excellent. Many choices. The room was very comfortable. People who worked there were exceptionally polite and courteous.

not enough chairs for pool. hotel staff will serve others first before minorities. I was at dinner At seafood restaurant and waited for others who came after me get their food and leave while my daughter and I still didn’t get our food even though we were seated first. hapless at the bars also

I really loved the staff, v nice and polite people.
My bedroom had a view to the garden and the music outside was v loud due to the noise. Couldn’t sleep for few nights 😕 also my bedroom had another room who leaded to another bedroom, I could hear the tv and the cough from the other people s bedroom.

Process for getting chairs by the pool. They dont have enough and you have to get up early to put towel on chair to reserve.

The location is great and the property is pretty contained, which was great. Food was very good.
They are very unorganized and make no effort to accomodate basic requests: we were there for 5 nights and has an all inclusive package. When we arrived and tried to make reservations to the included restaurants, we were told that they were all fully booked for our entire stay, which is completely unacceptable. They also allowed conplete wilderness when it came to beach beds and pool beds: people would keep the provided beach towels and go in the middle of the night to put them on beds, chairs and umbrellas to reserve them, to maybe not even show up all day. We were travelling with small children, so one of us had to go down every morning at 7am to try and get a spot and barely found shade. It was absolutely ridiculous and frankly an easy fix (just tell people umbrellas and chairs need to actually be used or unattended stuff will be removed after one hour, or something along these lines). We have been in many all inclusive resorts all around the world, and it was the first time we saw something like this.

Great location. The staff members were superb. Always welcoming and always ready to help. Rooms were nice and clean. Very easy access to the beach. Quality of food at the buffet was decent. The restaurants were also good.
Was very difficult to get a chair by the pool or by the ocean unless you wake up really early and go spread your towel. I don't think it's a problem with the resort. Some people came and booked a number of chairs by spreading their towels or hat and then just disappeared. Others who are a little late couldn't find any spot though most of the chairs remained empty. The property should do something about this, as this may be only reason, we will not consider this for our next trip.

Excellent location. Proximity to the beach and shopping centers. Good all inclusive options including nightly entertainment and several restaurants which were not hard to reserve

I liked everything the lobby is very welcoming and clean... I liked that the resort is on the beach... I also liked the restaurants on the property.

The beach
The restaurant’s in facility was not good especially when you go and have breakfast the bacon was always served burnt the egg they served on buffet area was terrible I couldn’t eat breakfast there so I had coffee instead then I went off the property to have breakfast, So i took pictures of the burnt bacon and eggs and among other things there with all due respect I think I wasted my money there 5,000 was a waste of my money Samuel Johnston should go and straighten this hotel out and the Owners should give a surprise visit and see for themselves I won’t be staying there again unless they compensate me for my lost going outside too eat, the food needs to be updated .

The facilities were beautiful and the property was well kept. The pools and beach as well as the towel staff were impeccable. The bellhops were also amazing and remembered us from day one to checkout.
The food was average at best, dinners there were the best but every other meal was plain, flavorless or inedible. The staff were poorly assigned and there seemed to be countless gaps in communication and staffing. The woman working the front desk during the days was rude, unapologetic and unhelpful. We had no towels, a dead hotel room door battery, mystery additional charges at check out and an impossible to contact customer service phone line. Literally one of the least supportive and accommodating stays we’ve experienced especially during our honeymoon.

They tried to give my friend and I one king bed. Even though I requested 2 double. It took a hour of my time to straighten it out. After that everything was great. They gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience.

My safe in the room did not work , light didn’t work until someone came to fix it . Was told at checking in that I had connecting room, for to room and no connecting room . Some of the the staff are very disorganized
