I loved everything about Blue Residence! The location was perfect to both Eagle beach and Palm Beach and the view from the room was spectacular. The room itself, was spacious and comfortable for my family four. I also loved the restaurant next door to the premises. Anytime I go to Aruba this is where I’ll be staying from now on.

The was only one tiny problem. When I picked up the scale in the bathroom there was a bug underneath. Also, it would be nice if there was a way to lock your room from the inside for extra security.

Everything was amazing! my family enjoyed being there. The supermarket and the main beaches are near the apartment.

It is a nice quiet location between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. The buildings were private and the pool was nice. A private beach was in front of the residence and right across the street. The two times we visited the beach there were only a couple other people there.

Reception staff was nice but not very helpful

property could use update. Dryer was not operational during stay. TV in bedroom was good. TV is living area was like 25in tv placed on a mount for much larger tv.

Location was excellent. We were able to walk to shopping centers, beaches and dining with no problems. Grocery store was very close and easy to walk to, quick taxi ride back. The apartments were beautiful, well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Would appreciate available maps to walk to grocery store and beach areas. Also, would be great to be able to 'pre-purchase' a small 'supply kit' of coffee, creamer, sugars/few staples. When we arrived our plan was to go right to the grocery store and it was a holiday so they were all closed. Ended up going to a small market in Eagle Beach where everything was so expensive and walking all the way back with coffee supplies and waters.

The ocean view was amazing! Pool was cleaned often and looked great although I did not use it.

Place could use some touch-ups.

The location is perfect! Close to beaches and night life of Palm Beach.

The amazing view to the ocean every morning and every sunset was incredible

location was convenient to access low rise hotels & high rise hotel area. Apartment was well appointed, just needed some minor repair & cleaning.

Promised 3 pools and view of pool & ocean and "across from beach" pools were drained and under construction almost our entire stay, so disappointed for my 75th birthday celebration and the money spent. Beach across street but was just rocky not maintained ocean access. Stayed 28days for special occasion and found out after arriving only 1 cleaning provided, expected to wash own towels and bed linens, not what I want to do on vacation and paying over $9000.00. no working ceiling fan in master, air control in another language, many lights out, over both bath sinks but eventually fixed. Several lights out in living room and fixture globes missing. Foul smell from floor drain in master bath had to leave light on to run exhaust fan. Just not happy at all. Had one neighbor below who walked around naked and threw trash and dirty towels over hedges into adjacent apartment, reported but trash and towels never removed.

The property was very outdated the pictures online are completely misleading I’m sure they were taken in the 1970’s. It’s a terrible location. There is nothing nice about the property

Nice spacious apartament, comfortable with all needed amenities, kid liked the swimming pool and hot tube a lot. We really liked the stay!

Not sure why mosquitos and other insects gather at the balcony and just wait for balcony door or window to open to get in.. that part was a bit annoying. Other than that, everything was really good!

The condo itself was wonderful. I’ll never forget that ocean view! The maintenance people and the spa they have on site and the women that work there definitely made our trip. they also have a great workout room.

It was extremely difficult getting in and out of the condo with the trick way you had to open/close the door and when you’re on vacation you don’t want to worry about anything nor do you want to feel like you work for them and with a premium place such as this is was extremely unprofessional, unacceptable and disappointing that this was overlooked. Blue residents should have ether moved us to a suite that didn’t have this very inconvenient issue or fixed the issue immediately so we wouldn’t have to tell them everyday that we can’t into our condo when we just want to enjoy our vacation and get some sun. I chose this place thinking something like this would never be an issue. Also our TV wasn’t working 4 out of the 7 days we were there and we were completely ignored. Rosa was the worst! No one ever came to fix it!! They need to get better front desk staff that understand hospitality. They definitely lack that which is unacceptable for the price you pay!!! You’re on your own at Blue Residence!!! If you’re looking for hospitality and a real premium stay, go to a resort!!! For our first time in Aruba, this was terrible!! the expectations were high and they failed.
