Atendimento de uma senhora na recepção. Tive problemas na chave de entrada do quarto e todas as vezes ela foi muito ríspida no atendimento. Somente quando conversei diretamente com um técnico é que resolvi o problema da chave.

Very modern and kept hotel. The best in our trip to Europe, the room is big, the bath is outstanding with a tube and bidet, the breakfast is excellent ! Very well located too.

The location is very central to everything. Breakfast buffet was good

The elevators did not work properly and were very slow. Only one out of the three would work properly, they other two would get stuck on floors and would not move.

the worst staff ever seen in a hotel. the reception employee was so rude and shouting on us and other guest without any reason, i just came early and I didn’t ask to give me the room before check in time. he did not welcome us and keep reminding us that its not check in time with tone. and in the check out i asked the same person to call for a taxi but he said cant help due to street is closed. i just went out and stopped taxi and road was normal. plus, the room is old and bed not comfortable at all. we paid premium for cheap hotel.

We requested a room on the back side of the property with a window that could open (we had stayed at this hotel before). The team were great in accommodating this request. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The Gym was very good (but a little difficult to find). the cleaning was good at the property.

The air-conditioning was not great it couldn't go very cold. The room was a little dated - especially the bathroom could have done with some fresh paint. My expectation was there should have been free water in the room but there wasn't, this is kind of a standard for this level of hotel. But all in all this was a good stay and the NH were great. I would stay again.

the plastic key was TERRIBLE - swiping endelssly to vet to work on elevator - bit better at room door. Should have directions on use of coffee pot. surface of shower very slippery

Location is quite good, still in central Rome but further away from busy touristy areas.

The water in the shower wasn't hot enough and the pressure could have been better.

when we arrived our rooms weren’t ready, we waited in the bar and were brought keys/told by the member of staff on reception. when we got up to the rooms housekeeping were still in there and we were sent away, after another 20 minute wait in reception they were ready. not ideal as we had somewhere to be and ended up being late.

Great location, close to tourist attractions and the subway. Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful.
