Nagyon kedves személyzet. A takarító személyzet is precíz és kedves volt. A hotel légköre, barátságos, családias környezet. A thermál vizes medence nagyszerű, pihentető egy hosszabb túra után. Pár perc sétára volt a tengerpart. Közel volt Aragonese vár is, ami még a szobánk ablakából is látszott. Számunkra bőséges és finom reggeli. A tetőteraszról nagyon szép a kilátás. Fő buszvonalon található, így viszonylag könnyen bejárható volt a sziget busszal is.
Minden egyes wifi használatkor külön be kellett jelentkezni egy külön felületen felhasználaónévvel, jelszóval.

Staff was so nice and tented all our needs. Helped whit all the questions! They also suggested boat tour, which was so fun and informative! Antonio gave us the best time! Also the company was great - scots and danish new friend were so welcoming! Food in the restaurant was good! Nice balcony and airconditioner was very good!
Bathroom could have been little bit cleaner. But everything else was perfeckt and I did not complaint, I'm sure they would have done something about it.

The location was great… near a lot of restaurants… the castle was not far away, and transportation was close by.

Cute family run business!! Amazing hotel, the staff is incredibly nice. They allowed us to do late check out, helped us with renting a scooter and gave us an amazing room with sea view. Breakfast was great - especially the ciabatta. Location is close to the sea and the castle. Nice pizza place near by as well. Will definitely come back!
Wifi works, however sometimes quite slow.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! Were lucky to get on a boat trip around Ischia arranged by the staff, it was magnificent! Best memories! Thermal pool is really nice, the inner garden is small but vey cozy. Exceptional cuisine, every day was something new! We will come back for sure.

The location is great if you need a more central place while being close to the beach. The bed was nice and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful

the staff were so helpful and hospitable during our stay! we had accidentally left some items in the room and contacted the hotel after we left, and they had kindly arranged to have the items couriered to our next hotel. also the breakfast was amazing and it was great to wake up to freshly baked pastries and coffee each morning.

Best breakfast with great cappuccino and even scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs! Four flights of stairs and no elevator, but nice staff helped with luggage. Need expensive taxis for most places!

This is an excellent hotel - very well located and the family staff are amazing. Courteous and polite and always willing to help. The pool is lovely and the food, particularly breakfasts, are spot on.

Great location, short walk to the castle, and a nice stroll to the port. The staff were lovely, and really helpful. The breakfast every morning was lovely, frwshly made croissants, cakes, great coffee. We will stay here again.
The bathroom could be updated a bit, and the balcony could have been a bit cleaner but the value for money was tremendous, the room was comfortable, everyone was so kind and welcoming. We loved it.

We had a great stay at this hotell. Very hospitable and friendly staff and nice decour if you like an older style. Breakfast was good but could improve.

Family owned and run. Stayed here 7 years ago and it is as good as it was then. Service is good, breakfast, too. VERY friendly and helpful owner and staff.
