Posizione strategica , a due passi dal Centro storico e da via Roma. Camere pulite e personale gentile. Ottima esperienza.

bello e ben tenuto il parco intorno all’albergo…migliorabile il servizio snack bar in piscina… interessanti tutti gli spazi esterni ma da valorizzare meglio. A conduzione familiare, anche il personale tutto gentilissimo

camere e spazi comuni po’ antiquati e bisognosi di restyling. Il bagno mancava di areatore e di appoggi ma comodi i letti

Very nice and friendy stuff, swimming pool was nice and not packed, great location to the old city center, fair “car and bike rental” prices, cleaning room drvivej daily, great value for the money.

Breakfast was very poor, mostly sweet and dry cakes, when you come later for breakfast you have not many options. Noise in the rooms and hall early in the morning, doors seal nothing. Hall lights are “on” all the night so the light goes inside the room. Not nice beaches in the near distance.

The A.C was well needed.

The pool was not very clean, I was also informed I would need to purchase a swimming cap for €3 to be able to use the pool. Breakfast was fine, I had half board so also had dinner. The dinner was catered to the older generation so therefore not much chewing needed. Also water is included in the breakfast but not in dinner ? No one informed me of this, I was just rudely given a bill on check out. Not sure if there was just a lack of communication or just hidden costs

Staff was extremely professional and kind. They have been very helpful and nice. Location of the hotel is great.

Scrupulously clean, gorgeous hotel. I loved it. The staff were courteous, kind and polite. The room was lovely and well equipped. The surrounding areas were lovely. Grounds very well kept and clean throughout. Really couldn't fault anything. The garden and pool were immaculate and beautiful. The indoor area was immaculate too and set out in a lovely style; kinda old style retro but I love that and love that they retained that and didn't change. Loved the old pics in the hallway. The room was quiet and I particularly loved the shutter system which worked so well in keeping out noise and light when I needed sleep. This is something so important when on holiday thats not often found nowadays...kudos to Pineta for this! And also, respect to the cleaning staff (rooms and pool) who do a wonderful job; you maintain the hotel par excellence 👏

The shower in my room overflowed a bit; maybe something that needs looking at. Rm 163
