Locatie was toch vrij ver van alle bezienswaardigheden. Dichtbij een park en dichtbij een uitgaansbuurt wel.
Voor een 4-sterren hotel had ik nu toch een haardroger verwacht, de vloer was niet helemaal proper en ook de accommodatie zelf was verouderd. Overal enkel glas, wel voldoende warm.
Een beetje een vreemde stijl ook!

Yatak rahat konforlu temiz. Tramvay istasyonu hemen önündeydi.Duomo meydanına 35 dakika yürüyerek hidebilirsiniz. Otoparkı olması avantajdı fakat günlük 45€ alıyorlar.(çok pahalı çevre otoparklara göre)
Tesiste ilk giriş karşılamada ki resepsiyonist bayan yeterince açıklayıcı değildi konuşurken yüzümüze bile bakmadı. Girişte %30 ekstra deposito olarak ödeme alıyorlar (bnce çok gereksiz). Odada askı dolabı yoktu, sadece çekmeceler vardı. Banyoda kişisel bakım malzemeleri azdı. Terlik yoktu. Caddeye bakan oda maalesef dışardan gürültü alıyordu. Tekrar tercih edermiyim pek sanmıyorum. Akşam sigara içmek için bahçesine çıktığımda kahve istedim ama barla bahçe kapısı arası 5 metre olmasına rağmen servis vermediler. Kendim alıp dışarı çıkmak durumunda kaldım. Odalarda çay kahve makinası yoktu. Oda sıcaktı fakat banyo çok soğuktu. Banyoda bazı metal alaşımlı sehpa tarzı mobilyalar paslanmaya başlamıştı.(206 nolu oda)

Binanın dış görünümü ve konum gayet iyiydi. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Otopark için devyardımcı olsular.
Banyo çok eski ve su oldukça tazyiksiz akıyordu. Duş almak epey zordu.

Only location is good but price is so high if you compare with others.
The rooms smell damp and you may see cobwebs on the ceiling. Also, the bed is very uncomfortable and you sink into it when you lie down. and the towels in the bathroom smell bad, no matter how clean. The two staff members who helped carry the luggage were also very nice. I don't see any reason why I would stay at this hotel again. Total disappointment.

I felt a little disappointed that so little information was available from staff regarding what was available for breakfast. No menu offered though I saw guests with menus one day. The first day we were not offered any options other than the buffet, though some other days were asked if we wanted eggs, waffles, pancakes.

the room is very basic, there’s a tea or coffee in the room, which is basic standard today… tv so small and so far from the bed

The hotel has a amazing garden and bar. Great potential. Need to fix the rooms temperature and the sound isolation.
The location was good. However the room was really noise and the air conditioner was not working. The room was pretty hot during the whole night + noise = very bad night of sleep.

Located just on the outskirts of downtown, within a 15 minute walk you'd be in the heart of Milan and find yourself surrounded by all the major tourist attractions. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed some appetizers and drinks at the restaurant, all of which were fantastic. The staff were particularly helpful when my luggage was lost in route to Milan. They recommended shops I could find some work-appropriate attire within a short walk. Then, I shared a copy of my baggage claim information with the front desk, so that when it arrived at the hotel they immediately delivered it directly to my room. Their assistance was greatly appreciated!
