The room smells good, it feels comfortable and neat. Pillows and bed are soft. Price for 1 night is affordable. And What I like most is the bathroom, spacious, clean and the shower- high quality materials.

Fridge is small😃, But in general, all are great.

Location was very convenient, a 15-minute walk to the Duomo or to the main María Novella transportation station.

All went well! Wishing the room locks were upgraded to modern technology so you don't need to stop by the front desk every time you leave the hotel.

The hotel was exactly as advertised. Very sufficient for what we needed. The location from SMN Station was excellent. The room was clean, and the AC was great. The staff were PERFECTION. They took excellent care of our bags ahead of being able to check in. One of our packages was fragile, and this was communicated to them. Upon our return to check-in, I noticed that they attached a very large sign upon it stating "fragile" so anyone other than the person we told would also be aware and could treat it as such. Also, the convenience of an elevator was a great relief as many buildings did not have them. The room itself was very small, with no space to spare... but this was of no surprise to me. Do keep in mind... it is very small but highly efficient.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The facilities met all my expectations and were in accordance with what was being advertised.

The hotel seems recently refurbished, a good size clean room, very comfortable bed; the staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again next time.

Very convenient location next to the station. Basic room but clean and newly refurbished.

Lift only to the first floor, we were on the third. Reception was closed when we arrived in the evening, so we had to call and wait to be let in the building (although not for too long). Room basics were there, but we were told they had just been refurbished so hopefully other details will be added (e.g. bedside table lighting)

Albergo in buona posizione a Firenze, abbastanza vicino alla stazione ma in una zona abbastanza tranquilla. Personale molto disponibile e camera confortevole. Ideale per un breve soggiorno a Firenze. Colazione non disponibile nella struttura ma possibilità di fare colazione in un vicino 4*.

Posizione della mia camera a 10cm dall'uscita dell'ascensore, colazione non disponibile, ma subito avvertito che potevo farla in hotel convenzionato(non usufruita).

Ubicación práctica si deseas estar cerca de la estación de tren. el duomo queda a 10 minutos caminando. Cuenta con un restaurante al lado y varias otras alterantivas para comer cerca. habitación adecuada.

Dentro del mismo viaje regresamos al hotel dada nuestra buena experiencia anterior y necesitabamos una opción cercana a la estación del tren.

Sin embargo la habitación que nos tocó no fue del todo cómoda, se encontraba limpia y cama cómoda, pero sus paredes se veian deterioradas y el baño muy antiguo con un WC alto e incómodo y una ducha que contaba solo con una cortina, lo que no es acorde a un hotel de este precio.

there was a weird smell in our room.

It was the biggest room that we have stayed in Italy. It had a walking closet and a spacious bathroom. It had multiple plugins on the walls so we could charge our phones at the same time when we arrived to the room. The room was clean and we found everything that a person could need during their two-night stay. It is walking distance to all significant places in Firenze. The staff was always smiling and helpful.

I didn’t like the fan noise that comes from the bathroom. Whenever we turned the lights on the fan would run with a noise. At night times, we used our phone lights to not to wake up our kid.

Отличный отель, рекомендую. Отель прям в 5 минутах от ж/д вокзала, что очень удобно. Улица спокойная, тихая без вокзальной атмосферы. Работники ресепшен отработали на отлично. Дали карту города, подсказали как более грамотно осмотреть город, угостили кофе. На наши просьбы и пожелания отреагировали быстро и с улыбкой. Номер нам предоставили свежий после ремонта( мы в нем первые ) . Номер прекрасный, теплый и уютный. В номере есть все необходимое, не было утюга. Попросили утюг, дали без вопросов, за что большое спасибо. Сотрудники отеля очень приятные и гостеприимные. Будем рекомендовать друзьям этот отель.

Excellent location, close to everything. Tidy, clean room, with kettle and Netflix! What I liked most was the kindness and friendliness of the receptionists, who helped me whenever I needed it!

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower drain didn't drain the water, I think it was blocked. For this reason, the box got very wet.

Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e la disponibilità da parte dello Staff, pronto alle esigenze e a dare tutte le indicazioni richieste. L'hotel ha una posizione buonissima, è vicino alla stazione (ma non troppo per essere disturbati) e vicino al centro storico. La stanza non era grande ma era dotata di tutti i comfort compreso il bagno privato e anche avendo la finestra sulla strada, io e la mia compagna abbiamo passato una notte serena e tranquilla. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della pulizia degli ambienti. Positivo è anche il fatto di poter depositare i bagagli prima di prendere possesso della camera e lasciarli anche dopo avere fatto il check-out.

Migliorerei l'arredamento (tavolo in camera e armadio) che sono assolutamente funzionali ma un po' datati. Nell'aprire e nel chiudere le ante si doveva forzare un pochettino col risultato di disturbare l'altro/a nel caso di un uso notturno.

L'emplacement idéal, proche de la gare, station tram et centre ville.

Chambre très petite, vieillotte, rideau plastique dans douche. Pas de frigo, pas bouilloire. Prix très élevé par rapport à qualité de la chambre. Pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, il faut se rendre dans un autre hôtel avec une participation de 10€ par personne.

Très petite chambre. Nous aurions aimé être informé qu’il y avait des travaux dans l’établissement car à 7:30 nous avons été réveillées par des bruits d’outils électriques dans le ciment, tres bruyant.

Great location- close to railway station and tram to the airport( 5mins walk) Staff were so friendly and accommodating! Perfect spot for exploring Florence!

The location was great; very convenient to the train station. We only had to walk a short way to see the sites. Restaraunts and grocery store were both close by. The staff was very friendly with our children. They were very helpful, even with planning a day trip to another city.

The bathroom was narrow, but managable.
